“Easy ordering process, colors are true and choice was made easy with the color samples. Shutters are well made and look beautiful up! Delivery took a little longer than expected, but being custom shutters I wasn't really surprised. Good communication as needed. Reasonably priced!”

“Not all that impressed. Took around a month to ship. Only supplied the exact amount of screws, and one was mangled not able to be used.”

“Color and style was as ordered. Delivery was on time. Quality of product was a little disappointing. Seemed flimsy and only used staples to connect the pieces. Hope they are at least stainless steel or these will fall apart inside of a year.”

“My delivery date was extended due to not having the parts to make the shutters. This was quite stressful since I had scheduled a painter to be here Several weeks after the expected due date. However, they did come before the painter finished my work. Plan on a much later delivery date if you order from this company. I was pleased with the shutters when they arrived.”

“Customer service was outstanding. The website showed an expected ship date in 2 to 4 days, so I called your main phone #, and the support agent said she could send a message to the manufacturer in Harvard to try to expedite. I received a shipment notification later the same day, and the shutters arrived one day later. Product was exactly as described. Thank you!”

“I love my new shutters. The ordering process was super simple, I ordered by phone. I picked a board and baton style which is perfect and the colors available made it possible for me to match my siding for a wonderful monochromatic look. My order arrived when expected via a freight service. I give exterior solutions a 5 star rating and would recommend their product and company to my friends.”

“The shutters look wonderful! After searching local home stores we could not find the color match we needed. Began online search, requested color samples from your company (sent promptly). We were delighted to find a color that matched! We ordered your custom shutters. They arrived sooner than expected. They are light weight, yet appear sturdy. Installation went well. The shutters complete the look of our new siding!”
