“Shutters are not hung yet but what great customer service! We ordered additional screws, 5 bags with 12 screws per bag. We only received 8 screws in each bag. One quick phone call and more screws on the way. Ok, in a few days received bag from P.O. with stamped “ received open” an empty envelope ripped across the top with no screws in it! Another phone call to Exterior explaining my situation, seeing as it’s no fault of theirs, willing to now pay for the additional screws but, how pleasant can they be to deal with! Another couple days and yes all screws are intact. I’m sure my new shutters (love the sage color will) look great when hung. Thank you Exterior Solutions, top notch service!”

“This was an excellent online buying experience. The shutter options and sizing was very easy to understand. very good order summary and checkout. The shutters arrived well before the estimated delivery date and all of the product was well packaged and in perfect condition. The matching screws were not included, but customer service corrected the omission quickly. Happy to recommend Exterior Solutions.”

“I would have rated a 5-star, but I had to wait for a month for the shutters to arrive. I had them professionally installed. My neighbor said the raised-panel shutters look very nice. I had to call to check the status twice, however, the customer service lady were really nice.”

“Had never dealt with Exterior Solutions before. Was in need of some items to finish a project. Exterior Solutions had in stock just what I needed so I placed an order. I received my order quite fast but one item was damaged in transit. I called Exterior Solutions and explained what had happened. I was sent a replacement at no charge a couple of days later. If they treat all their customers in this manner, they should be on the two of the list for all to deal with!”

“The color of the fasteners was spot on, but the diameter of the fasteners was not as big as the original ones. The fasteners need to have a larger diameter fastening area.”
