“I was really satisfied with the quality of my shutters. When I received my order, 3 out of the six shutter sets I ordered were damaged due to shipping. When I called customer service was great...they said no need to return take some pictures and we will send out replacements. The replacements arrived within a couple of days.”

“I'm regretting buying these shutters. They are very flimsy and cheap looking. One of the cross pieces actually broke off when I picked it up and I had to glue it back on.”
