“The shutters themselves seem fine and customized to requested size. The final order involved 3 representatives at home, the initial door-to-door solicitation, a followup with salesman who measured window(s), and then a final measurement by a contractor, this all over a period of 1 month. Only now does a wait time of several weeks/months(?) begin for delivery and installation. I was asked to reschedule final visit to a time to accommodate company which I did and was promised a phone call in advance of final measurement which did not occur. So, related, timely services have room for significant improvement.”

“The shutters looked great, however my mistake was sizing so I had to send back 8 sets of the 15 I ordered. I have since ordered the correct size. It was terribly disappointing to spend almost the cost of the shutters in shipping back to you.”

“I’m satisfied with the quality of the shutters themselves. They are well constructed. They are very heavy and I’m not confident that the plastic brackets will hold them. I cut galvanized metal brackets to replace the top and bottom brackets. I used the smaller plastic brackets for the sides as the instructions recommend.”

“Very easy to work with. Staff made great recommendations. I thought price was a little high but I could replace some odd dimension shutters. They look great and installed easy. Well pleased.”

“From a distance the shutters look ok, but up close you can tell how they are pieced together. The plastic is thin; cheap in my opinion. Also, the clips cannot be used as is as it is impossible to clip onto the plastic without damaging it. Overall, for the money, it is not worth it.”
