“Had never dealt with Exterior Solutions before. Was in need of some items to finish a project. Exterior Solutions had in stock just what I needed so I placed an order. I received my order quite fast but one item was damaged in transit. I called Exterior Solutions and explained what had happened. I was sent a replacement at no charge a couple of days later. If they treat all their customers in this manner, they should be on the two of the list for all to deal with!”

“The color of the fasteners was spot on, but the diameter of the fasteners was not as big as the original ones. The fasteners need to have a larger diameter fastening area.”

“After having received my first order damaged, Exterior Solutions quickly processed my request for a replacement set of shutters. This order arrived without damage however, I would recommend some form of packing material be placed around the shutters to avoid future shipment damages.”

“It's not always easy to find off size vinyl shutters for larger windows. I first used the standard sizes but they looked far too small for my windows., Finding Exterior Solutions gave me a chance to have custom vinyl shutters for a fair cost, The design is nice and were easy to install. I wanted to spruce them us a little with shutter hardware so I had to go to Amazon to find suitable vinyle hardware that would compliment the shutters. Overall the shutters look so much better. Thanks Exterior Solutions.”

“I thought they’d be thicker and more durable. They seem kind of flimsy for the money. I bought my old ones at Menards 11 years ago. They were faded from sun and power washing, but we’re much more substantial. I was disappointed, but kept them anyway. I know products are made with less quality these days. I’d have gone to Menards, but they no longer had my product. I’d have rated these higher if they didn’t seem so flimsy.”

“I absolutely love my purchase. So, so, so much more affordable than all the others I checked out all over, and in the big box stores. Easy to install. I was afraid the dark gray would look black.. but they were the perfect color. They did take a month to arrive, but TOTALLY worth the wait. Only compliments from neighbors”
