Received my 1st pair of Gucci eye wear. Absolutely love them. I know when my 2nd pair arrives which is the Gucci shades I'm going to love them as well. My prescription was on point in the eye glasses, I know they will be on point for the shades as well. Job well done. Once again a happy customer.

I usually go to LensCrafters to get my glasses but found Ezcontact has the same glasses for a cheaper price. It’s my go to place for my glasses

Didn't know once you ordered an item you were automatically placed on receiving the item every month and how would they know if the item helped the person or not just automatically send it and charge them on their credit card every month. Their ad goes on and on trying to sell you dozens of other products. To me this is not the way to run a business.

They had the exact frames I was looking for, but did not follow the advertised processing time. Paid for fast shipping, but it didn't ship out until I emailed and asked about my order

I’ve been a customer of EZ Contacts for years. I do trust them and I have gotten both contacts and glasses from them. I would rate them 5 stars EXCEPT in the last year their shipping has been very slow. Their site will say an item is “in stock” and after I order it they will tell me it’s out of stock and it could take weeks to get in. I purposely order items that say available for immediate shipping yet the last several items I’ve ordered have actually not been in stock. I wait over a month for shipment. If something isnt in stock, then just say it’s not so that I don’t order and expect it just to get a notice it won’t ship for several weeks. That’s not good customer service. Therefore , I will probably go elsewhere first before going through that again. Quality is great and they are great answering inquiries. If you’re okay with waiting 4-6 weeks for your order, then it may be worth the wait.
