Ordering through EZContacts was a breeze. My doctor was no longer able to get the AirOptix brand of lenses that I wear, so I was please to find that I could get them here. My lenses arrived in just a couple of days, and they submitted my order to my insurance company so I didn't have to hassle with that. I will order again from EZContacts!

I ordered replacement Steroflex frames from EZContacts at a very good price. They arrived in a timely manner and were in perfect condition. It took a few minutes to swap out the frames and now my glasses are as good as new. I will consider ordering from them again, if the need arises.

Delivery took longer than estimated but they were receptive to messages sent and informed when delivery was expected.

I can’t believe within minutes of ordering my frames - without an Rx; it shipped. That’s the fastest response time I’ve ever seen.

I was able to order my contacts by phone. With my prescription being on file they were able to easily order them. I called because I thought I had submitted an order online. As it turns out either something happened when I submitted.

Bad customer service and inaccurate shipping times. I don’t mind that shipping takes a long time but the dishonesty is what bothers me. Don’t claim it takes up to 14 days when it can take double that.

I need a daily wear multifocal lenses and my usual source was out of stock with no indication of when they could ship. I searched for another source and stumbled upon EZContacts, which was a happy accident. They were able to get my contacts to me at a better price and in less than one week. Shipment arrived safely with no packaging issues or damage. I will be using EZContacts as my new supplier. Thank you!

Complete lack of communication and updates from them! I ordered a pair of sunglasses at the end of July and should've received it in 3-5 business days, but it didn't show up. After two weeks, I asked what happened and they said the factory didn't have them, and to wait. A month passed and they said the exact same thing without any updates of an expected date. All the meanwhile, they charged my card and the website still showed 3-5 business days!
