I contacted them to ask when my order will be sent. They told me it's on backorder and we'll be delayed for at least 1-2 weeks. They should notify you if this BEFORE you place your order. I will never order from them again.

They send me a counterfeit item. They do not sell legit item.

Failure to communicate the 4 to 6 week wait for delivery of the purchase and the ridiculous delay are the reasons for the low review rating

The contacts are always shipped immediately. Never got a wrong batch. However, the constant bouncing around when it comes to the actual prices of my one a day contacts is annoying. I realize it is a feature for online contact lens sales, but it is annoying.

I must admit that I was a bit skeptical about ordering glasses online but the price was too good to pass up. It was an easy process and I was able to get an even better deal with a coupon. I did not get my prescription online since I wasn't sure if I would have to return the item. From order to deliver was only 3 days! I received status updates about my item throughout the process. My new glasses came nicely packaged. I an extremely satisfied with my order.

They took my money 2 months ago and have not given me my order, or the money back! I have requested several times for them to do one or the other. They don’t even deserve one star, but it won’t let me pick less. They are thieves

We expect it to reach you within the shipping timeframe you selected. Your card wasn't charged until today when the order was ready for shipping. There was a pending authorization on your account to ensure that the funds would be available when we processed the charge. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I made an error entering my prescription information, which was my fault. I reached out via email less than 15 minutes after completing the order in an attempt to fix this prior to it being sent to the lab. I began calling the 800 number the following morning, and when the call was returned, was told it was already sent to the lab and could not be corrected. I ordered 3 items, two prescription eyeglasses, and non prescription sunglasses. So, I have to wait while the lab fabricates the lens and paid express shipping to be delivered 7/19, only to immediately return the items, and wait 2 weeks for the lens to be replaced and shipped. Also uploaded my prescription, but was told over the phone (by Rebecca) that since it was glasses, not contacts, the prescription is optional and NOT verified, despite listening on hold to the message over and over again that it would be verified for accuracy. For this reason, combined with the identification of my mistake within 15 minuntes of order completion and attempting to reach any one, I will be returning all 3 items, totaling over $ 1,200 and not reordering them from this company.

Prices are good but everyone does free shipping so I feel strongly that to capture market share tou need to give free shipping on all discounted products. TY
