The lead time was advertised as 7-10 business days, but it actually took 5 weeks to ship. The longer wait was disappointing, but EZContacts did not charge my credit card until the product shipped, which I appreciated.

I paid extra for next day delivery and even reached out to confirm it would happen if I placed the order right at that moment and the shipping was delayed! Never arrived the next day! In fact now tracking says it will not arrive till Monday, 4 days later...

Great pricing. But took along time to receive order. Tried calling and never got through. Sent and email and got a response quickly saying they would ship soon. That was after they showed sitting in warehouse over a week after ordering. Once they finally shipped I did receive them in just a few days.

My experience of ordering was frustrating free!!!!! I love my experience!!! The operator was so nice!!! Thank you EZContacts! I wish I had my form to fill out for my lenses! Next eye I will keep up with paperwork so I can do a one stop shop!!! I haven’t got my order yet! When I do I will update my review!

Advertised glasses as in stock then didn't communicate for over a week outside of blowing up my email all day with their promotional ads trying to get me to place another order. I had to press them to find out that they had to order them still and they need another 2-3 weeks before they would receive them. I'm skeptical that they will ever get them. And you want another order after you can't deliver the first one? No thanks.

I’ve had a very easy and satisfying experience when I purchased my eyewear. I ordered my prescription frames on July 9th and they were shipped to me on July 12th. The ordering online was very easy and the frames were very affordable. They are sturdy and the fit is perfect. They are very sophisticated looking on me. I am a satisfied customer and would purchase again. I read a customer review that stated her frames read “made in Japan” (mines say the same thing) which made me feel a little uneasy but upon checking the official Gucci website, some Gucci eyewear is manufactured in Japan as well as Italy.

Hi, Ordered contacts and site states free shipping on every U.S order. I went to checkout and the free shipping option doesn’t work so I paid 7.95 extra for shipping. Terrible. Contacted customer service and was told the contacts I ordered doesn’t have free shipping!!!! What does that mean? Terrible
