I completed my order, I received no confirmation email, I can’t login and find my order, but they charged my credit card. So basically they stole money from me and they aren’t giving me the product I paid for. Beware, this company is a scam!

Verifying contact lens prescriptions is mandated by the Federal Trade Commission to ensure your eye health and vision correction. Unfortunately, a picture of your current contact box wouldn't suffice. If you don't have your prescription right away; you can easily upload it later through the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting our customer support team at help@ezcontacts.com. I have ordered my contacts from you and have not received a confirmation email yet. I did get two emails asking for reviews. Seems it would be more beneficial if you sent the confirmation first.

This was my 2nd purchase at ez, sunglasses in the past and readers more recently. Both pairs shipped extremely fast, to my doorstep in less than a week both times. I'm very happy to have my prescription readers so quickly and THANK YOU ezcintacts for the lens wipe and screwdriver kit! Excellent pricing as usual.

Terrible lead time on shipping. It took so long I actually cancelled my order. Paid cancellation fee and they still shipped it. Very disappointed.

I will not be ordering again from this site as I still haven't received my order placed on June 6th, but I do appreciate the response I'm getting for resolving the issue. I've had to reach back out each time but I like that I can do that via email

great service - explained every detail Chat was annoying - response came from different customer service staff. Having to explain the issue in each chat over and over again, was time cocnsuming and annoying!!!

ezcontacts has an easy to navigate website. their layout is easy to navigate and understand, their options are great too. my only nitpick is the payment options being limited to affirm and credit/debit card only, where’s paypal? klarna? apple pay?.

I have bought 4 pairs of glasses over the years with great experience. I recently placed an order for a nonprescription set of costas and it has taken over 2 months and still not shipped. They are available directly from the manufacturer, yet EZ contacts have said the manufacturer is having issues with stock. This was an order that showed to be available when I purchased. Emails to customer service yield apologies but no answers.
