I will not be ordering again from this site as I still haven't received my order placed on June 6th, but I do appreciate the response I'm getting for resolving the issue. I've had to reach back out each time but I like that I can do that via email

great service - explained every detail Chat was annoying - response came from different customer service staff. Having to explain the issue in each chat over and over again, was time cocnsuming and annoying!!!

ezcontacts has an easy to navigate website. their layout is easy to navigate and understand, their options are great too. my only nitpick is the payment options being limited to affirm and credit/debit card only, where’s paypal? klarna? apple pay?.

I have bought 4 pairs of glasses over the years with great experience. I recently placed an order for a nonprescription set of costas and it has taken over 2 months and still not shipped. They are available directly from the manufacturer, yet EZ contacts have said the manufacturer is having issues with stock. This was an order that showed to be available when I purchased. Emails to customer service yield apologies but no answers.

Did not let me know during purchase it would be almost 2 months to receive the product . They offer lower prices but wait time is long

I contacted them to ask when my order will be sent. They told me it's on backorder and we'll be delayed for at least 1-2 weeks. They should notify you if this BEFORE you place your order. I will never order from them again.

They send me a counterfeit item. They do not sell legit item.
