Order placed March 23. April 30 and still hasn’t shipped. Blaming it on Passover? GTFOH. There are several other discount options online. This one is below reasonable standards of business.

While prices are comparable with other online company, wait time on phone was too long to resolve issues. I 'd called 7:45 am, and did not get a callback til 9:30am. Customer representatives on phone could be more friendly

ordered eye gumies last friday and never got a confirm of shipment , called to check on order status and I got a message that they will be with me momentarly, waited 37 minutes and hung up. called back and left a message for you to call back, called me back 4 hrs later and I didn't get the call as I must have been driving Someone let a voicemail named izzy and said sorry we mised you, if you would like call us back. i Texed back and asked if shipped and if not can I cancel the order as I cant get through. m,y order num is 3926676. please respond. I ordered April 10th and never received a confirmation e-mail. So I called to check the status of my package and it was supposed to take 3-5 business days. On the phone they told me it will take 2-3 weeks. Very disappointed

I’ve ordered before from Ez contacts and have not had a problem. This time however, I pick out a pair of frames gave them my prescription placed the order and figured I would have my glasses within a few weeks. After not hearing anything for three weeks I reached out to see what was going on. They did even have to common courtesy to inform me that those particular frames Were on back order. They changed my credit card almost $400.00 and I’m still waiting to receive my glasses after placing the order 2 1/2 months ago. Make sure they have the item in stock before you order or you will be charged and waiting a long time before you get your glasses!!!😡

The description of the product is Costa Del Mar RINCON (Glass) and the lenses are in fact plastic. Also the order took over 3 weeks to arrive.

Haven’t received the product yet, but am not pleased with customer service. My order was delayed due to insufficient stock. I was only notified a week after I placed the order that this was the case, and was not kept up to date on the expected shipment date. I was offered a different pair of sunglasses, but opted out as this was not what I wanted.

EZ Contacts pricing is fair but the website won't allow a customer to choose free shipping 5-7 business days. This should not be an option if the website won't let customers choose it - false information

I received contact lenses that were not up to what I had been receiving. I immediately emailed EZContacts and as of 2 weeks later have still not received a response. Very disappointing.

You send me an outrageous amount of emails. I waited for a coupon to buy more contacts. I ordered on the 24th of march and you got payment. I recieved notice you had shipped yesterday on the 29th. 6 days to ship? That is unacceptable! I run a drop ship business and hand all shipping in 72 hrs. You wanted a review, now you got one.

I ordered sunglasses 10 days ago. I received an email that they don't have them in stock anymore and it may be 14 more days. How hard is it to sell items in their possession? The reason it's not a 1 star is they waived the fast delivery I paid for

Unfortunately the glasses delivered were absolutely unwearable. Customer service on the return was good, but will be requesting refund instead of replacement since I am not confident they would deliver quality in the replacement pair.

The purchase was smooth but then 2 days later still have no updates from them. why is the fast delivery fee charged for??

Upon checking your order, we see that you've selected frames with prescription lenses. Please note that as stated on our website, frames with prescription lenses generally take 5-7 business days to process in our lab before they are shipped. Paying extra for expedited shipping unfortunately does not speed up the processing time in our lab. We make this information readily available on our website, but truly apologize if anything wasn’t clear to you. We see that one of our customer service agents has assisted you in downgrading your shipping and refunded you the cost difference, but please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.
