Prices are good, but I have waited over a month for half of a delivery. I had to reach out to customer service to determine what was going on with the delivery. The order is on back order, but the timeline has not been consistent with customer service’s estimate.

Slow to ship, I guess 2 business day shipping option is really after they take and additional 2 days to make a label etc…

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how important fast shipping is and want to clarify the timeline for your order. Your order was placed on Friday, May 16, 2025, at 3:50 PM, which was after our 2 PM shipping cutoff. Because of that, it was processed and shipped on the next business day, Monday, May 19. The expedited shipping option you selected applies to the transit time once the order has shipped. It does not shorten the time required to process the order before it leaves our facility. We appreciate your understanding and are here if you have any further questions.

It took more than a week to get the item shipped out without any explanation of the delay. I have to call the customer service to find it out it because some item was out of stock.

I placed an order for Oakley frames only on April 11. The nearly $100 amount was deducted from my bank account on April 23. I phoned on May 1 asking where my frames are. They told me they should arrive within seven days. Then a few days later I received an email saying the frames were on their way. Then I received an email saying the frame color was no longer available. I would receive a refund. I never received the refund but within a week of that last email, the frames, in my chosen color, were delivered. What? Customer Service is sorely lacking. I love my new frames but I will not order from this company again.

I ordered sun glasses from them on the 4th of this month. No communication from them. I followed up with and email inquiry on the 11th and after 48 hours was told there was a manufacturer back up. Maybe another week or two. So not great

I bought a pair of sunglasses with presription lenses on the site. I have used them before. However, this time, it's not been a good experience. I purchashed the sunglasses over 3 weeks ago and I only just received an email that they are being shipped now. I have inquired where my order is and no response. Just an automated response that said they were still working on my order. Also, their price match guarantee sucks and their constant texts and emails about promotions don't really work--they usually are not applied to the whole order (i.e. just on glasses or just on the prescription lenses, not on the whole order).

I am very upset that I paid 19.99 for 2 day delivery ordered them early Friday morning.. not getting them Til Wednesday..They will not give me a credit!! That’s 4 days to me!!

The glasses I ordered were out of stock, so they took my money and waited to get a restock almost 6 weeks later!

Ordered two pairs of glasses, one pair showed up super quick, the other pair hasn’t arrived, over a week since the first pair showed up and still no tracking of shipment for the other pair.

My review is 2-part. The frames I selected were exactly what I was looking for. They fit well, were good quality, super cute. However, they could not get the prescription right. I sent them back three times. The third time coming back to me (after 3 months from original order date) they lost them. So I cancelled my order. With that said, I would not use them to fill the prescriptions. Buy the frames and get the prescription filled locally. Customer service. Phone and email are not get best way to contact them. I called and was on hold so long, they took my number and asked to call me back. It took them 4 hours to call me back. When you email, you get the auto-responder saying they will respond within 1-2 days. They don't. The best way to reach them is through the chat. Once you chat, you may get a follow-up email that you can respond to, and they respond to those emails. I would say, once you get a person, they were very responsive. One of the reviews I read, said they had a difficult time getting a refund. My refund came in within 3 days. My final resolution was to buy my frames from someone else and have the presciption filled locally. I wish I could give EZ Contacts a higher review. I kept having hope, they would not be my first choice to buy glasses in the future.

I ordered contacs from EZContacts a year ago, and the transaction went smoothly. I ordered again, my credit card was charged on the date I ordered, the contacts delivered a month later, and I wasn’t notified about the delay until I contacted EZContacts. Not sure if I will order from here next time.

Still waiting for my order to ship. Glasses are out of stock and another pair is “taking longer than expected”! Total BS. if you cannot deliver then don’t sell the product!!

These are terrible. The box shows my prescription , but my phone and computer text is blurry, menus etc are as well. I’m wondering iif the contacts are old or mislabeled.

Today makes 3 weeks since I ordered and paid for my glasses and I still have not received tracking information and it does not appear that my glasses has been shipped. I’m beginning to regret placing this order

My order has been pending for a week, so I called customer service for a status update this morning. Unfortunately, I was on hold for 50 minutes and never reached a live agent. I finally received an email confirming the shipment of my order. I am highly disappointed.

I used ezcontacts in the past and didn’t have any issues. This time my order was delayed by more than a week (for processing not shipping). I wrote customer service twice to inquire on the status and got no reply. When I finally received the order, one of my boxes of contacts had already been opened. I contacted customer service and received an automated reply saying I would get a response in 2 days. It has been almost a week with no reply. I won’t use this site again. The minimally cheaper prices are not worth it.

Took weeks for my order to even ship. Not easy to contact. I canceled my order two days ago via chat and today it shipped. I'll think long and hard before ordering again.
