Offered me 10 percent off and free shipping. Neither showed up on final order. Was charged $9.95 for shipping. When I called about it, they said I couild only get one discount. Then today I received a coupon code for 20 percent off. I feel cheated!

The website could be greatly improved per the mobile view. I was unaware the frames came in different colors until I mistakenly touched the arrow and realized. There should also be a lot more picture and try on options as well.

I placed an order in February and finally receiving it at the end of March. When I did reach out to customer service they did explain the situation. Waiting over a month to receive an order seems a little crazy.

The glasses I ordered had a shipping window between 2-6 weeks and took over the estimated time. Called multiple times to receive updates and was met with 6 weeks aren’t up yet. I didn’t not feel valued as a customer when all I wanted was to be updated as I did give them my money for over a month with no product in return.

"Processing time" is a joke. Ordered contacts on March 17th and they weren't shipped until March 24th and that was after I had to chat on why they hadn't shipped yet.

Ordered contacts 10 days ago and they haven’t left the facility yet. I sent a question as to why and so far have received no response. The only thing quick about this company is the speed at which they capture your money. If you are in a bit of a hurry, think hard before committing here.

Non-transparent return shipping fees, which are quite high and not disclosed up front. The product was fine, if it had fit. But I wouldn't have purchased had I known how much return shipping would be.

Taking forever to get my glasses. Supposed to be in route now , after ordering over a full month ago. Apparently they were on back order. Asked for an additional discount in exchange for the wait, but they denied my request.

Fairly easy website to navigate. I appreciated they shipped the contacts quickly but was disappointed in the quality received. This may be more of a manufacturer issue but the very first contact opened was defective. It hurt to put in and after inspecting it was misshapen and had a hard outside edge. Very disappointed in quality of contact lens. The brand was Acuvue Oasys

I am happy with the quality of the glasses I received. However, time from order to shipment was five weeks. Do not believe them when they say shipment in 7-10 business days. Communication was intermittent and customer service was clueless. I will not be ordering fron EZContacts again.

I placed my first ever order with EZContacts online and received an order confirmation email right away. 15 days later, I followed up with customer service as shipping details and tracking information were still not available. Rather than receiving a response, I received a shipping confirmation and tracking number that same day without any further explanation. I am discouraged by the lack of communication and customer service. I am forced to believe that my order was lost and the company/warehouse operations are completely disorganized. I still have yet to receive my shipment so I am unable to comment on the condition of items or quality of packaging, but I have already experienced enough to know that I will not be a repeat customer.

Happy with the prices and convenience, but I find the coupons to be misleading. There is nowhere to enter them in the check out process, I tried multiple times. They are clearly a gimmick that is not actually offered. Buyer be warned, you will not be able to actually apply them on your order.

My credit card was charged the day after I placed my order, but when I checked the shipping status 6 days later, the order still had not shipped. I contacted customer service, and was told the items were out of stock, and would be received from the manufacturer in 1 to 2 weeks (with a 5-7 day shipping time frame after that for me to receive the items. I had not received any notice to expect a delay in shipment. When I wrote to customer service to express my displeasure, including asking why my credit card was charged when the item was unavailable, I did not receive a response, but the next day I hot a shipping notice. Clearly, the order fulfillment aspect of this company is not a well-oiled machine. The price was a few dollars cheaper, but the customer service issues made that a false savings. I don't think I will be dealing with this company again.

My 10% first time customer coupon was denied because I was already getting a "discounted" price for my order.

Customer service was nice, but I am very unimpressed with the weeks long processing time (I ordered non prescription sunglasses on Feb 28 and it just got processed/shipped March 11). Probably won’t buy from here again.
