I was not impressed by the lack of communication from EZcontacts in regards to shipping… I ordered my glasses on the 27th of December. They said in stock on the website, but when I called after 1 week, they said “Oh they are not restocked yet, it will be 2-3 weeks before restock. So this is not something we are super impressed about, especially paying 20$ for fast shipping as well. We were going to use them on an up and coming trip.

I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and paid for 3-5 day shipping. I still have not received my order and received no updates on my order until I emailed questioning about it. The “estimated” delivery will be 2 weeks from the day I ordered my glasses, which is ridiculous considering I paid for 3-5 day shipping.

Ordered lenses on Thursday the 4th of January. Paid extra for Fed Ex delivery. As of Today the 8th, the shipment had not even left New Jersey. Unacceptable. Will not order from here again. 1 800 contacts processes orders and ships the same day.

I received my order. I don't know if contacts are defective or what but they just keep blurring over. I've thrown away the entire box after four weeks

Price shown online increased when I uploaded my prescription. I had to go back to my online search (without login on my account), add the low price product to my basket then place my order. Is this a scam? We will see. But if you show a price online, respect the price

If you have glasses that are out of stock or low in stock please list that on your website. We ordered from you all after our ophthalmologist suggested it since they didn’t have what we needed in stock. If I’d known about you all not having availability we would have shipped locally with him.

Charged more than previous order that was exactly the same. Contacts weren't in stock but I was never told. So had to call to see why they weren't coming. That's when I was told. I know they did'nt notify me because they don't want me to cancel my order and go elsewhere.

It would be nice if it were easier to tell about insurance benefits. Also, I spent a ton of money with you and still had to pay for shipping. Not really impressed with that.

I haven’t received the contacts or any information as to where they are. I try to put in tracking and it says they haven’t been received at USPS.

I had a disappointing experience due to the misleading nature of the sales approach. I found EZContact offers of contact lenses on the internet and placed an order for two sets. At the pre-order stage it is stated that you can just give the name and address of the prescription provider. I did this, and made an online funds transfer from my bank account. After receiving the payment, EZContacts then changed the requirement: now I would have to FAX or email my prescription and then they would mail the contacts. So I was left hanging without my $130 and I was unsure of being able to obtain the original prescription since my optometrist recently retired. There is also a stated option of taking an eye exam through their website but I found it too complicated. Due to the uncertainty, I canceled my order. The whole deal turned out to be a big headache. I don't recommend sending money to EZContacts unless you have contacted them and discussed what's required. What they tell you before you pay changes after they receive your money.

I placed my order on 12/9 and didn't get a shipment update until today 12/28. after two weeks I had to be the one to reach out to see the status - they never contacted me. Why do I need to put in the effort to see the status of my order? My son needs these for sport and it took way longer than expected.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses. Received an email that the order was processed and shipped. When I did not receive the sunglasses withing 3 - 4 weeks I emailed their customer service department and was told that the sunglasses were backed ordered and would ship out within the next week or two. 1) EZContacts should have contacted me directly so that I could confirm or cancel the order. 2) And since I did receive an email that the sunglasses were shipped right after I ordered them, then there must be some wires crossed somewhere.

I been buying sunglasses from you guys for long time but never I had to experience something like this, I bought my sunglasses on November 28 and today is December 28 so it’s been a month and they still didn’t arrive, I had to call the customer service my self just to find out that my sunglasses were back order and so I do have to wait longer than usual.. the list you can do in that case it’s sending an email to let the customer know about the problem and give some kind of coupon to apologize for the inconvenience.. but that’s just my opinion.. anyway still today I don’t have my sunglasses.. very sad..

I placed my order over a week ago and took advantage of the upgraded two-day shipping deal to arrive before Christmas. Well, it's almost two weeks later and my order barely shipped today!!

Disappointing!!!! It took 40days to verify my script and after verifying it, I was told my shipment would be sent out on the day the script was confirmed. Only problem is that the shipment NEVER went out and the delay caused me to be without contact lenses for 1-week. NOT COOL and for a 1st time consumer, I WONT be back! You had 1 chance to earn my business and you WASTED my time and blew the opportunity to earn my repeat business.

Still waiting for my order to be shipped after one week. Seems what I ordered was out of stock so not sure how I was able to order it if that's the case. Shouldn't have allowed that to occur. Now who knows how long I wait to see if they can get it or not.
