This order took much longer than expected. I had to reach out twice for an update. And I received inaccurate responses on how long it would take.

My last order took so long with little communication on the item being on back order but was available when I ordered. A month later finally shipped.

Sorry. I've not gotten the glasses but I've been asked to write a review before I get the merch. Timing is everything. You have sent me 3 emails before I've even recieved the product, so I can't tell you about the frames (only.) I can tell you that business people such as me whose emails get bombed with emails they don't want can hurt a company - and not get repeat business. I hope the frames are as advertised; that's all I can say. And as for your email practices, you lost me because all I ordered were frames, so that should have told you something. Be more aware.

This is my first time buying contacts online. 4 boxes of contacts, one is opened already and a pair of contact lenses are used. I just received them, and I have picture but no place to upload it.

Ordered glasses over a month ago. Still haven’t received them but just got a notification that they’re being shipped. They never told me the glasses were out of stock until I messaged them about my order. Not a big deal but I would’ve never ordered them if I knew that. Prefer other websites

Order 4 boxes of contacts. Two of the boxes have had defective contacts that scratch my eye and since the box if opened and past 30 days of ordering, I am unable to return for refund. Won't order from here again.

Offered me 10 percent off and free shipping. Neither showed up on final order. Was charged $9.95 for shipping. When I called about it, they said I couild only get one discount. Then today I received a coupon code for 20 percent off. I feel cheated!

The website could be greatly improved per the mobile view. I was unaware the frames came in different colors until I mistakenly touched the arrow and realized. There should also be a lot more picture and try on options as well.

I placed an order in February and finally receiving it at the end of March. When I did reach out to customer service they did explain the situation. Waiting over a month to receive an order seems a little crazy.

The glasses I ordered had a shipping window between 2-6 weeks and took over the estimated time. Called multiple times to receive updates and was met with 6 weeks aren’t up yet. I didn’t not feel valued as a customer when all I wanted was to be updated as I did give them my money for over a month with no product in return.

"Processing time" is a joke. Ordered contacts on March 17th and they weren't shipped until March 24th and that was after I had to chat on why they hadn't shipped yet.

Ordered contacts 10 days ago and they haven’t left the facility yet. I sent a question as to why and so far have received no response. The only thing quick about this company is the speed at which they capture your money. If you are in a bit of a hurry, think hard before committing here.

Non-transparent return shipping fees, which are quite high and not disclosed up front. The product was fine, if it had fit. But I wouldn't have purchased had I known how much return shipping would be.

Taking forever to get my glasses. Supposed to be in route now , after ordering over a full month ago. Apparently they were on back order. Asked for an additional discount in exchange for the wait, but they denied my request.

Fairly easy website to navigate. I appreciated they shipped the contacts quickly but was disappointed in the quality received. This may be more of a manufacturer issue but the very first contact opened was defective. It hurt to put in and after inspecting it was misshapen and had a hard outside edge. Very disappointed in quality of contact lens. The brand was Acuvue Oasys
