I was not told that my contacts were not in stock. I have been waiting for them and actually spent and extra $10 so they would be here in 3-5 days so I was pretty confused as to why they were not here.

My order status sat as “processing” for weeks before finally shipping. Even through contact with the company, nothing was resolved. The only response I received was that it’s taking longer than expected and to wait for a shipping update. Yes, EZ contacts prices are cheaper but at this point, I would’ve rather paid the extra somewhere else to avoid the frustration this company causes.

TLDR: They messed up my order but I got my return processed in a timely manner: I don't think I will order from this store again. I ordered some RayBan glasses, RB4222, that have grey gradient lenses. The ones I received are solid grey lenses (an option you cannot order from this company) AND they are perscription glasses. Clearly someone ordered some custom RayBan glasses, returned them, and somehow they ended being sold as standard glasses. Not only did I have to pay shipping to have the wrong glasses sent to me, but I had to pay shipping to return them. To EZcontacts' credit they did process my return quickly. But because they messed up my order and changed me shipping twice I don't expect to order from them again.

Slowest service out of all online companies I’ve used for glasses. They don’t update their website to show product availability. You assume they are in, pay and then 4 days later they tell you thee is a delay. I called and they say the frames aren’t in stock. Terrible experience with no attempt to correct or apology.

Ordered Feb. 16th because of a very low price. Did not receive my frames until March 1st. When I ordered them I was not advised that they were on back order. You get what you pay for. I called twice and first time was told, "they are being processed". Next time I was told they were on back order. Received a message that my frames were "Out for delivery" on Feb. 28th. They were not out for delivery until March 1st. I would not recommend using EZContacts to anyone. They just don't seem to know what's going on. Typical of an online eyeglass store. It's not that EZ. Two stars because I did get the correct frames.

The time to delivery after ordering took way longer than the order system said it would. It just sat and sat without being shipped out. I would have probably gone with a different vendor as I ran out of contacts before the shipment even left the warehouse. I'm probably not going back to EZ contacts.

Price are decent but even then there not the cheap to get the lenses I need. Shipping is longer then they advise. I also find it interesting that you are request a review when I haven’t even received the product that was agreed upon with payment.

Shipping and ordering was fine but contacts do not seem to be of good quality. Dried out after one pair and does not correct astigmatism as much as trial pair from doctor office.

I ordered my prescription glasses on 1/19/2025. I received them on 2/24/2025. It wasn’t until I pressured customer service that I learned the glasses I purchased were out of stock. The fact I paid in full upfront on an item out of stock is a problem. There’s plenty of room for improvement in their customer service department. I would have appreciated a discount for my inconvenience. They did offer me a full refund and or another in stock item.

The website states free shipping in the US. When you go to check out the free shipping option is not available. When I questioned why the free shipping is not an option I was told because the item I purchased is already discounted. That is very misleading!

took two weeks for me to see any update on my order… i reached out asking why they hadn’t shipped… then got an email saying oops they don’t actually carry the ones i ordered anymore… really?… it took two weeks to tell me that? then i have to jump on the phone with someone in order to get my refund - it’s all just a little weird - person on the phone was sweet though, but i’m nervous about placing anymore orders because i don’t actually have any idea if they actually have what i’m ordering

I usually have a good experience with EZContacts but my last order was not taken care of in a professional manner. I placed an order and received an email that my order could not be processed because my prescription was not valid. I went back into my account and placed a new order with my correct prescription. Then, I received two confirmation emails that both orders were being processed even though the first one said it was invalid. I contacted EZC through email and the reply I received made it clear that my email was not even read because they did not acknowledge the issue at all and instead confirmed both orders had already shipped. Now I have been charged twice and the only thing they’ll do for me is give a refund after I have returned one of the orders. In this economy, everything is so expensive and every purchase is budgeted for me. Them charging me twice after the first order was deemed “invalid” really messed me up for the month. Won’t be ordering from them again!

I am very disapponted at the 4-6 weeks deliver time. My Eye Doctor prescribed Preservision . I should have been told it was this much of a delay. Greg Bachman 770-771-8996

I would like the option to order the kind of contacts i want. I should not have to order dailies if i want to change to a monthly. As long as my prescription is valid and up to date i should be able to order what i want.
