Ordered Oakley Det Cord glasses 12/15/2023. I had previously ordered 8 pairs of glasses from EZ Contacts & none had taken so long to ship, so I emailed for an update on 12/28/2023. I received a reply the next day. I was told they would ship in 2 to 5 business days. They did not. I emailed again on 1/9/2024. I was told the order was expedited & to keep track online. They shipped 1/11/2024. I received them 1/16/2024. I ordered a prescription they've filled at least 4 times before. I did ask for 25% grey, tinted lenses. I have 2 other glasses with 25% tint. These are considerably darker. Not even close. I have been a loyal customer. EZ Contacts was my go to. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt next time but I will shop around for sure.

So far I am a bit disappointed with this company. I have ordered a product 9 days ago, and it did not even get into the final shipment address yet. I need these glasses badly, and I am hoping they get here soon, and that they are the right ones and in perfect condition.

Not getting a benefit for returning customers tells me your company doesn’t reward repeat business. I wanted to apply a promo code to the purchase. But your website didn’t give me any opportunity for returning customers. I purchased them this time since I didn’t have another pair. Will go elsewhere next time.

I don't think the person that helped me had any idea what were the best options for me. So I just bought the frames alone eventhough I was ready to add my prescription. I didn't feel safe ordering the whole package with her, so I am taking my purchase somewhere else to put the prescription.

It's been 6 days and I have not received a notice of shipping my order. To earn a 5, you would need to provide a shipping date and an approximate time of arrival. So, when will my order come? Thank you Stephen Byer

I am highly dissatisfied with the amount of time the product took so ship ESPECIALLY when on their home page they advertise same day shipping. My product was ordered 1.5 weeks ago and it just shipped today. Companies who cannot live up to their own “same day shipping” standards shouldn’t be advertising so.

I was not impressed by the lack of communication from EZcontacts in regards to shipping… I ordered my glasses on the 27th of December. They said in stock on the website, but when I called after 1 week, they said “Oh they are not restocked yet, it will be 2-3 weeks before restock. So this is not something we are super impressed about, especially paying 20$ for fast shipping as well. We were going to use them on an up and coming trip.

I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and paid for 3-5 day shipping. I still have not received my order and received no updates on my order until I emailed questioning about it. The “estimated” delivery will be 2 weeks from the day I ordered my glasses, which is ridiculous considering I paid for 3-5 day shipping.

Ordered lenses on Thursday the 4th of January. Paid extra for Fed Ex delivery. As of Today the 8th, the shipment had not even left New Jersey. Unacceptable. Will not order from here again. 1 800 contacts processes orders and ships the same day.

Price shown online increased when I uploaded my prescription. I had to go back to my online search (without login on my account), add the low price product to my basket then place my order. Is this a scam? We will see. But if you show a price online, respect the price

If you have glasses that are out of stock or low in stock please list that on your website. We ordered from you all after our ophthalmologist suggested it since they didn’t have what we needed in stock. If I’d known about you all not having availability we would have shipped locally with him.

Charged more than previous order that was exactly the same. Contacts weren't in stock but I was never told. So had to call to see why they weren't coming. That's when I was told. I know they did'nt notify me because they don't want me to cancel my order and go elsewhere.
