Took longer to make glasses then most places so if you need your glasses quick I suggest order somewhere else if you’re not in hurry they have best prices

I have spent over $300 in last year. On context, it was supposed to last me for a year. In most of them didn't last me three months

What we save in price on contacts we pay for in wait time. Every time I order contacts from you guys whether it be 2 day shipping or 5-7 day it always takes at LEAST a week for you guys to even process or ship. Probably will be my last time ordering due to the terrible time management.

Placed an order on 01/16/25. On 02/02/25, over 2 weeks later, my order had not come and no communication from the company. Emailed company, rec’d response 3 days later- “ . It seems that the product you ordered is currently being restocked by our manufacturer and we are still waiting to receive it. The current availability estimate is within the next 1-3 weeks.” I’m sorry but this time frame from order to unknown delivery date is unacceptable- glasses are an expensive and needed purchase !

I ordered contacts, paid extra for 3-5 day shipping, and they never showed up, no email, no phone call. I called and was told that were waiting for a shipment, but they couldn't give me a specific date of delivery and didn't offer to refund my shipping. I called again a couple of days to see they shipment, still none. Customer service rep figured out they could ship 3 x 30day supply to equal my 90 day request. It looks like it shipped, but here yet. Going on 2 weeks...

I am pretty disappointed with them. Not quite sure this is legitimate business. First of all, they shipped the frame with multiple delays, and took almost a month. I was waiting for Rx so very inconvenient. Then I received a defective, bent frame. Very disrespectful to send a defective item. Then tried to reach them by sending multiple messages with no response. Finally reached them by phone call. Such a disappointing experience and waste of time.

The product was ordered early on a Friday east coast time. I paid for overnight shipping. It said same day shipping for the item I purchased. It did not ship same day. I am not sure if it's coming overnight.

I am very unsatisfied with EZ contacts. I ordered glasses and contacts on January 16th. First of all, customer service kept denying my prescription saying it was expred even though the date clearly read 1-15-25. after I got that cleared up I had to call twice because it was taking way longer than i was told. I just received my glasses, but noone informed me that the contacts were out of stock until I had to contact customer service once again ( because being able to see is kind of important) that they were out of stock this whole time and they had to wait to get more in before they could even ship them. Needless to say they are still saying order processing and have not been shipped.

I did not receive my glasses as stated and there was no communication from EZContacts regarding the delay. I contacted EZContacts and when they were supposed to follow up originally, they did not. I had to call several times before receiving an update regarding my glasses. This is poor and unacceptable customer service.

EZ contacts has good prices but the customer service falls it the horriable range. Delivery is the slowest of all mail order companies. I will be buying from 1800contacts since they will price match and MUCH faster delivery

I ordered my frames on the 24th (01/24/2024) and won’t be getting them till the 30th (01/30/2024) after paying an extra 25 dollar two day priority shipping fee. I hope I get my frames on that day.
