It took 2.5 weeks for my contacts to ship. I had to call to find out why. They had to order more contacts from the manufacturer, which is fine and understandable, but I would have appreciated some communication as to why there was such a delay.

i ordered my glasses and they took several weeks to get to me b/c the company went on a very long holiday break right when they notified me they had received the frames. I'm pretty patient most of the time but the wait time here seemed excessive. I also have only had them now for sever weeks and have only used the special spray and cloth to clean them and they already have scratches on the surface. I bought the anti-scratch material so i'm unsure why this has happened so quickly. The two positives with this order is that the order was affordable and I really like the style of the frame I purchased. With customer service, delivery time and quality however their is opportunity for improvement.

Dissapointed that it took 7 days to process the order. I was just informed that my order I made last Thursday, is just being processed today, and I still don't have an expected ship date or arrival date.

It has taken an extraordinarily long time--as compared to other contact suppliers--to ship my order. According to EZContacts, they have been about to ship for several days; according to USPS, they are still waiting to receive the shipment. I ordered several weeks ago; had I gone with a competitor I would have had contacts in hand by now. Theur latest email states it will be here tomorrow; DSL tracking shows it's at a delivery center a state away, and won't arrive for up to three more days. I won't use this vendor again. I hope at least my order is correct when it arrives.

You advertise to fast and accurate. But take almost 4 weeks to deliver 1 pair of regular glasses. Not good at all.

Great website but the only thing that is very unfortunate is how long it takes to ship out stuff. That is the main downfall, i hope they can fix it especially for the holidays.

If you’re willing to wait a month 2 weeks go for it. They say the minimum shipping is a week or 2 that’s a lie but over all I like the glasses but I won’t ever order again, you would think I would get a discount for my next order since shipping was past due. But nothing

It took up to 4 weeks to receive my contacts, I was never emailed any updates on my contacts being delayed. I sent 3 emails for an update and finally, I received an update that my contacts were out of stock. I will not be ordering again from EZContacts.

My order is taking *way* too long to get to me. I ordered 2 weeks ago and they just not got shipped. Some kind of indication that it would have taken this long would have been appreciated. I doubt I will be using this company again.

Customer service is a pain to deal with. Overall prices & products are decent, but because of the issues I've had with customer service on numerous occasions, I may find another company to purchase from.

I purchased from your company because you had very competitive pricing. I live in Cleveland Ohio and your company is in New Jersey and I’m perplexed why it takes almost two weeks to have two boxes of contacts to travel over two states?! Please give me another reason to be a be back customer!
