I normally use EZ contacts to deliver my contacts but pay for free shipping. This time around I paid extra to have my shipment arrive as soon as possible because I ran out of contacts a little sooner than anticipated and despite paying more, it will still take the same amount of time as if I had just left it at the usual unpaid rate. I’m a little disappointed as I have other shipments also being sent out via FedEx that don’t have rushed shipping that were placed much later than when I ordered the contacts and they are ironically arriving BEFORE my contacts do. :(

Order delayed. I need the glasses frames in a hurry. Got notified that the frames will be delayed. So far, there is no update on when i can get the frames. Same frame will be cheaper at black friday sale. Regrad to order them earlier. Slow and more expansive. Give review as 2 starts - 1) I ordered glasses earlier and order went though smoothly, 2) at least I got delay notification.

I placed an order the third week of October 2024. It is now the beginning of December and I still do not have the glasses. Unless I reached out to the company, there was no communication/updates regarding the order. After 3 weeks, I tried to cancel the order. They claimed the glasses were in production... Needless to say, very disappointed. I have purchased from EZ contacts before. I will not buy from them again.

I ordered 2 pairs of complete eye glasses on September 21. I received one pair in about 2 weeks. It's December the 2 now and my other pair has yet to ship

This includes measuring and fitting your lenses into the frame before they are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged for shipment. Took FOREVER to receive my shipment. When I emailed, twice, I received no return correspondence; When I called, two weeks after they took my money for the order, the person on the other line told me "Oh, The Item was backordered, and we had to wait until we received a new shipment of them to ship yours -- That shipment came in two days ago, so we can ship yours out later this week, and you will get it by next weekend (with no explanation as to why they never informed me of the backorder, when I inquired TWO TIMES by email, and no reason for them to wait almost a week longer than they actually received my items to ship my items to me... BTW, they FINALLY arrived the next Wednesday-- NOT that weekend)...

I still have not received my product. Every customer service agent has a different update and guidelines. For the amount of $$ spent, I would think there would be consistency and accuracy with updates.

I like ez contacts. But i has a bad experience with them . I was trying to return my glasses on the day of my return deadline. But it doesn’t allow me to do that. I tried writing message to the costumers service almost 3 times but they didn’t give a damn. They just ignore my messages.

It was disappointing that Ezcontacts does not honor their FREE SHIPPING policy on all orders in the US as advertised clearly on their website if you select a contact brand on Google shopping that’s more competitively priced. I didn’t get a discount I received a more competitive price and was charged $8.95 for shipping. This shipping fee is ridiculous for contacts that weigh very little.

you should let the customer know when items are back ordered. I had to wait several weeks and could have went another route. 5 to 7 business days should be 5 to 7 business days.

On Nov 11, I paid extra to receive my order in 3-5 days.i had to call them to find out they hadn't even been shipped Nov 18. Very disappointed!! I deserve my ,$8.95 fee I pd.

I've ordered close to 5 or 6 pairs of glasses and sunglasses from this company and my wife and my sister also have purchased glasses from this company. This past order took almost three weeks. I received an email the first week stating would take 2 to three days for processing then shipped. Another week went by and and still no change in status. I called and spoke with an agent who informed me they were still processing and that they found a scratch during inspection and had to start over. Several more days went by and was finally informed that they shipped. I paid for rush delivery but still gives a 5 day dekivery ETA. Still haven't received my glasses. Probably will be my last time ordering from this company.

I find it a very frustrating that your company is asking for feedback when I have NOT received my order it has been over a 6 weeks...I have never waited this long for any product and without any communication. This is really bad customer service...😌 so sad.

I paid for quick shipping 3-5 days. And I is now 12 days and it shows nothing has shipped yet and I have had no response from my email and chat. I will not be using again.

When I made my purchase, I had a question and called the help desk. I waited for 20 mins and was still on hold. I used the option to hold my place in line and to have a representative call me back, but did not receive a call back (and still haven't received a call back).
