On Nov 11, I paid extra to receive my order in 3-5 days.i had to call them to find out they hadn't even been shipped Nov 18. Very disappointed!! I deserve my ,$8.95 fee I pd.

I was disappointed that when sighning up to get a extra 10% off my order,it was not made clear it only applied to certain models.

I've ordered close to 5 or 6 pairs of glasses and sunglasses from this company and my wife and my sister also have purchased glasses from this company. This past order took almost three weeks. I received an email the first week stating would take 2 to three days for processing then shipped. Another week went by and and still no change in status. I called and spoke with an agent who informed me they were still processing and that they found a scratch during inspection and had to start over. Several more days went by and was finally informed that they shipped. I paid for rush delivery but still gives a 5 day dekivery ETA. Still haven't received my glasses. Probably will be my last time ordering from this company.

I find it a very frustrating that your company is asking for feedback when I have NOT received my order it has been over a 6 weeks...I have never waited this long for any product and without any communication. This is really bad customer service...😌 so sad.

I paid for quick shipping 3-5 days. And I is now 12 days and it shows nothing has shipped yet and I have had no response from my email and chat. I will not be using again.

When I made my purchase, I had a question and called the help desk. I waited for 20 mins and was still on hold. I used the option to hold my place in line and to have a representative call me back, but did not receive a call back (and still haven't received a call back).

Ezcontacts could not put my prescription in my desired pair of glasses highly disappointed. It’s been done before by small business optometrist. I would expect much more from EZcontacts , I guess it’s not so EZ after all

I do not advise purchasing from EZ Contacts. I opted for expedited shipping with a promised delivery of 3-5 business days, but I am now on day 7 without receiving my contacts. When I contacted customer service to request a refund for the expedited shipping fee, they declined, stating that the order is still en route.

Was disappointed I couldn't even get a small credit for ripped and missing contacts after placing several $300 orders multiple times a year. Even $10 would have been something. Disappointed in your customer service.

No update on status of my glasses and it’s been over a weeek. Would have gone to lenscrafter Costco or an another online vendor if I had any idea the response time would be so slow. Lesson learned

I have not received my order and I am not happy. The price is great however I do believe I should be reimbursed for the delay. No notification update or anything. The customer is to be desired.

Contacts were on back order, but I was never advised of this. I had to call in myself to find out the reason for the delay. You can never get a hold of Customer Service. It took me five days to find a get a hold of them.

I ordered contacts but mixed up the right and left eye perceptions. On website right eye was on left side and left eye on right. I immediately contacted EZContacts through the link of the Order Number: asking if this could be corrected before the order was processed or if I needed to start over and cancel this order. I sent a message about it twice just to be sure with it marked up to be contacted my text message. Since it was the weekend I figure I’d have to wait till next business day. I’ve not been contacted at all and order has been processed and is on the way and now I have to cancel the order.

I placed an order Thursday morning hoping to get it by the following Thursday before noon as I am traveling and I need contact lenses. I paid for expedited shipping but the order is still not shipped yet (it’s in pre shipment). Clearly, I will not be getting my order in time for my trip and I would have loved more transparency with timing before I wasted money on expedited shipping.

Not sure I would order glasses online ever again. The fit is off and they slide down. Card was charged way before they shipped.
