Always had a great experience ordering from EZcontacts but this time shipping took forever. A bit disappointed. Lenses are always good but shipping and communication not so much.

It took them a long time to even produce my glasses and i contacted them, then they never replied. My glasses are finally on the way by normal ground.

They charged my account and then removed the charge and were not able to answer for a week because of holiday.

After two weeks, my contacts still have not shipped. I have not been notified of a backorder or other issue. What happened? Is this typical? Currently cannot recommend.

While prices are good, you cannot trust delivery times. Listed times are never accurate and typically 2-3 weeks delayed. It’s really hard to count on them.

Not sure what their business model is but it takes weeks to get your contacts from them. Savings wasn’t worth aggravation of waiting and getting no response from inquiries.

Was not notified of company’s vacation! Paid for three day shipping with the expectation that they would come with in a certain timeframe. Unfortunately, I had to buy additional contact lenses to have during significant event.

Ordered on Wednesday. It’s Saturday. Order still has not shipped. Emailed support yesterday and they have been closed for a holiday since at least Wednesday and don’t open till Sunday. An auto reply email asked me to ask me question about my order not having shipped again on Sunday. lol. Also paid for express shipping…

If you close for a holiday. Plaster it on your website. Stop allowing orders. I placed an order for the wrong item. Tried to reach out to someone then found out you were closed.

I ordered the product Monday evening and paid the extra 8.95 cent for three-five day shipping hoping it would arrive for my wife's bday. As of Wednesday at noon the website says still not shipped. So even though the price was good I have been less than impressed on the shipping and probably won't order from here again

I ordered glasses from here before and never received them after 3 months. They did not charge for them. I am trying to order a new pair again. They showed to be in stock, so maybe they will ship. The price for them is better than everyone elses price. Hopefully they will ship this time.

I’ve ordered many years ago from EZ Contacts. I’m not happy that I got charged for my contacts before prescription verification and shipping. On top of that I paid extra for faster shipping.

I haven't even gotten the contacts yet and you want a review. I opted to wait until the contacts arrived, but here we are. I am very concerned about companies that are more concerned with stars than their clients. You want more starts? Just do what you are supposed to do, when you're supposed to do it.

Customer service was not helpful when researching the status of my order. The person said the item was backordered and it would be 4-6 weeks. Then I cancelled the order and submitted a new one and it was shipped the next day. Very inconsistent!

I am realizing just how long each of my shipments have taken. I am always having to go in and search for my order because it is taking too long to come. I am currently waiting on an order I placed 6 days ago with no response to my status inquiry and no update to my account as to status. Very discouraged from ordering through EZ contacts again.

Hasn't received my order since 2 weeks ago. Just shipped today. Promised to be "ready to ship in 3-5 business days". I'd say not worth your time.
