Ordered the YSL glasses on 24 July and received shipping confirmation 19 September. Doubt I'll be ordering anything again.

Not really happy with having to wait over 6 weeks for glasses that were listed as being "in stock" on the website, but were backordered. I reached out multiple times and was repeatedly told that they "should ship in 1-2 weeks." After all that, they didn't even show up with a hard case. If you have time to waste and you aren't relying on new glasses to be able to see, give them a shot. I won't. I've learned my lesson.

Pricing is deceiving. On the product page for the contacts they list a lower price, and then tack on a very high "service fee" at the end (over $50) with a note that says "they need to increase the price at the checkout in order to keep the listing prices low to compete". I'm actually sort of surprised they are that transparent that they are bait-and-switching you. 😂 They wound up being a few bucks cheaper than any other option, so I sucked up my fury and ordered anyway, but buyer beware.

I tried buying contacts from this site and before hitting the purchase button, it tells u to ensure you have a valid rx before placing your order. I called ezcontact to verify my rx will be accepted and they approved it. After purchasing my contact lens, I recieved about 4 or more msgs saying the same rx they validated was now invalid. I msg the same help@ezcontacts.com with my order number and yet the same invalid rx msg continues. I ended up calling back and they finally verify it. This was so frustrating. Not sure I will use them again.

I've used EZCONTACTS before and was extremely happy with the results of my purchase. This time around, I was not happy with the overall quality control of the glasses that I purchased and received today. When I removed the glasses from the case and tried them on, I immediately noticed the right temple angled down and didn't sit straight on my face. When resting the glasses on a table, I noticed the right temple was higher off the table than the left temple. I was able to make the correction so the glasses could sit straight on my face however, I was very disappointed that quality control allowed these to be shipped without correcting the problem.

Ordered frames on 8/27. Did not ship until 9/6 and still have not arrived ( today is 9/10). I would expect shipping to be a bit more timely.

I've always been happy with EZ contacts ordering and delivery. I have always chosen free delivery from them in the past. This time I had to pay for the 1 day delivery bc my daughter needs her contacts ASAP, and when I ordered them Friday I was expecting they'd be here no later than Monday. I paid an extra $40 for them to be here and they only shipped them this morning. Definitely want the $40 back after this. Not very pleased at the moment.

It has been almost a week and my order is still showing ‘processing’ No other company O have dealt with in the last 20 years has taken this long to process and get my contacts to me. Yes, I downloaded the prescription with the order.

Communication is very poor I ordered glasses they canceled twice didn't give me an explanation why and I reordered the third time and I got them cuz I figured out the problem

I’ve had these glasses all of 10 minutes now. Literally, these glasses just got delivered, I opened them up and to my surprise the arms are uneven, wider than what they’re supposed to be and the lenses are loose. You can hear them moving as I turn my head. I’ve never had an issue buying glasses before, but I can’t same the same for this time. The office is closed on the weekends, so I have to wait until Monday. I want a replacement or a refund.

Ezcontacts website said the contacts I needed were in stock , after a week with no shipping confirmation I messaged them and the person I communicated with told me they were still waiting on the shipment on their end . Don’t tell me that the item is in stock and it’s not . Finally shipped 10 days after order , unacceptable.

The top of the page it says free shipping in the USA, no code mentioned but that should automatically be free. When I placed my order there was a $7.95 charge for shipping. That is cheap tricks. Waiting for a response from the company from a person, so far got an auto reply.
