Fast shipping and great discount. The Rx was incorrect even though I uploaded the image of the prescription. The axis was swapped on each eye. This error was not noticed until my son put the contacts in and said he couldn’t see.

I received the eyeglass frames and they are crooked one of the arms is higher than the other. I am not happy I wanted to get the lens put in them at my optometrist office before I ago on vacation.😔

Pricing varied depending if I went directly to the website or if I search for my contacts on Google and then was directed to the website. $29 vs $43.

I paid for a 1 day shipping but still have to 3 days before it will arrive after the fact you guys shipped it out.what was the point of me paying for the shipping fee if its gonna be the same for a free shipping this is no good

Upon checking your order, it appears that you've selected frames with prescription lenses. Please note that as stated on our website, frames with prescription lenses generally take 5-7 business days to process in our lab before they are shipped. Paying extra for expedited shipping unfortunately does not speed up the processing time in our lab. We make this information readily available on our website, but truly apologize if anything wasn’t clear to you. I broke a pair of glasses i had. fortunately, you had them in stock. Fortunately, I had confidence of the manufacturer and model from my receipt from years prior. (This day and age,we receive a email receipt once an order was placed. although I don’t like more email than is necessary, having the order confirmation, email would’ve been nice. Why, to confirm the order was successfully placed and would be shipped. I received emails regarding successful registration and offers as a new customer, but what I was really looking for was the confirmation of the order. I checked my Visa statement and it looks like it is moving forward.

I ordered my glasses with an estimated delivery of 3 weeks, once i placed my order it was updated to 2 months. Not ideal and should be more upfront with wait times.

re order is not a simple as other ecommerce sites. also you constantly send sales and discount email but none of them ever apply to what i might order with you guys. switching to costco, they are easier to use and about 15% cheaper it looks like.

Ordered the YSL glasses on 24 July and received shipping confirmation 19 September. Doubt I'll be ordering anything again.

Not really happy with having to wait over 6 weeks for glasses that were listed as being "in stock" on the website, but were backordered. I reached out multiple times and was repeatedly told that they "should ship in 1-2 weeks." After all that, they didn't even show up with a hard case. If you have time to waste and you aren't relying on new glasses to be able to see, give them a shot. I won't. I've learned my lesson.

Pricing is deceiving. On the product page for the contacts they list a lower price, and then tack on a very high "service fee" at the end (over $50) with a note that says "they need to increase the price at the checkout in order to keep the listing prices low to compete". I'm actually sort of surprised they are that transparent that they are bait-and-switching you. 😂 They wound up being a few bucks cheaper than any other option, so I sucked up my fury and ordered anyway, but buyer beware.

I tried buying contacts from this site and before hitting the purchase button, it tells u to ensure you have a valid rx before placing your order. I called ezcontact to verify my rx will be accepted and they approved it. After purchasing my contact lens, I recieved about 4 or more msgs saying the same rx they validated was now invalid. I msg the same help@ezcontacts.com with my order number and yet the same invalid rx msg continues. I ended up calling back and they finally verify it. This was so frustrating. Not sure I will use them again.

I've used EZCONTACTS before and was extremely happy with the results of my purchase. This time around, I was not happy with the overall quality control of the glasses that I purchased and received today. When I removed the glasses from the case and tried them on, I immediately noticed the right temple angled down and didn't sit straight on my face. When resting the glasses on a table, I noticed the right temple was higher off the table than the left temple. I was able to make the correction so the glasses could sit straight on my face however, I was very disappointed that quality control allowed these to be shipped without correcting the problem.

Ordered frames on 8/27. Did not ship until 9/6 and still have not arrived ( today is 9/10). I would expect shipping to be a bit more timely.

I've always been happy with EZ contacts ordering and delivery. I have always chosen free delivery from them in the past. This time I had to pay for the 1 day delivery bc my daughter needs her contacts ASAP, and when I ordered them Friday I was expecting they'd be here no later than Monday. I paid an extra $40 for them to be here and they only shipped them this morning. Definitely want the $40 back after this. Not very pleased at the moment.
