It has been almost a week and my order is still showing ‘processing’ No other company O have dealt with in the last 20 years has taken this long to process and get my contacts to me. Yes, I downloaded the prescription with the order.

Communication is very poor I ordered glasses they canceled twice didn't give me an explanation why and I reordered the third time and I got them cuz I figured out the problem

I’ve had these glasses all of 10 minutes now. Literally, these glasses just got delivered, I opened them up and to my surprise the arms are uneven, wider than what they’re supposed to be and the lenses are loose. You can hear them moving as I turn my head. I’ve never had an issue buying glasses before, but I can’t same the same for this time. The office is closed on the weekends, so I have to wait until Monday. I want a replacement or a refund.

Ezcontacts website said the contacts I needed were in stock , after a week with no shipping confirmation I messaged them and the person I communicated with told me they were still waiting on the shipment on their end . Don’t tell me that the item is in stock and it’s not . Finally shipped 10 days after order , unacceptable.

They had the exact frames I was looking for, but did not follow the advertised processing time. Paid for fast shipping, but it didn't ship out until I emailed and asked about my order

The top of the page it says free shipping in the USA, no code mentioned but that should automatically be free. When I placed my order there was a $7.95 charge for shipping. That is cheap tricks. Waiting for a response from the company from a person, so far got an auto reply.

Complete lack of communication and updates from them! I ordered a pair of sunglasses at the end of July and should've received it in 3-5 business days, but it didn't show up. After two weeks, I asked what happened and they said the factory didn't have them, and to wait. A month passed and they said the exact same thing without any updates of an expected date. All the meanwhile, they charged my card and the website still showed 3-5 business days!

Who ships using DHL they are the slowest and worst shipper. I wish I had have known they where the shipper I would have definitely not have ordered I would be better off driving to New York and picking them up myself. Never again

Bought a pair of Prada sunglasses from them and its been 10 days and the shipping company created the label and its waiting for the item still up in New Jersey. Im down in south FL so probably going to be another week. Im usually very patient but over 2 weeks probably going to be 3 for something that was supposed to take 5-7 days is too long. They sent me out a review email before I received my package which isn't a good idea either. Hopefully I get them within the month and they are in great shape. If they get here anytime soon I'll edit this reviews but definitely not buying from them again. It's worth paying a little extra money and getting them elsewhere.

I attempted to reorder an existing order from last February. The pprice had increased by more than $40. When i went searched the internet for the best price I saw at least 3 different prices from your company. I ended up buying them from you again at the same price I paid the last time. You could have robbed me for $40. if I had not spent a bunch of time investigating it. You should take care of your existing customers and not hose them. I am not happy and will probably not be back. I tis cheaper to take care of loyal customers than acquire new ones.

Paid $7.99 extra to get them in 3-5 days and it took 10, even if weekends didn’t count it was still late. Glasses are good and all, just unpleased to pay for a service they took my money for, but couldn’t uphold on their end.
