After using the chat feature to verify the receipt of my order and attached prescription, I received (the next day) another request for verification of the prescription. This will, no doubt, affect the filling of my order, so I am unsure whether I will use EZ again.

I have used them before, this order arrived late, so no contact solution for my month long trip….where my solution is not available for purchase. 😢

Much later delivery than promised. Shipping price of $7.50 for a small box that weighs under 2 oz. Wouldn’t use them again unless I was in a bind.

I have ordered my contacts from you and have not received a confirmation email yet. I did get two emails asking for reviews. Seems it would be more beneficial if you sent the confirmation first.

I will not be ordering again from this site as I still haven't received my order placed on June 6th, but I do appreciate the response I'm getting for resolving the issue. I've had to reach back out each time but I like that I can do that via email

I have bought 4 pairs of glasses over the years with great experience. I recently placed an order for a nonprescription set of costas and it has taken over 2 months and still not shipped. They are available directly from the manufacturer, yet EZ contacts have said the manufacturer is having issues with stock. This was an order that showed to be available when I purchased. Emails to customer service yield apologies but no answers.

I ordered -1.50 and -1.75, you sent to me -1.75 and -2.00. I called doctor office they said can’t wear wrong lenses so how can we return to you . Pls send us the lenses-1.50 Thank you

Both the price and the product I received were great. The shipping time, however, took way too long. I ordered my product (Occusoft foaming lid cleanser) on May 31 and it did not ship until June 27...almost a month later! There was no communication in between letting me know it was backordered or anything--just radio silence. If I order from this company again I will make sure it's not anything I need right away, that's for sure.

I ordered my contacts on 5/29/2024. My contacts weren't sent because my prescription had expired. No one called to tell me there was an issue with my prescription. They just charged my credit card and didn't do anything after that. I had to contact customer service to figure out what was going on. After I completed the online vision test on 6/22/24, I am still waiting for my contacts. The order should have been expedited considering the inconvenience.

I clicked on a pair that was supposed too be 140 dollars but came too 220.and also wouldn't let me use the promo code for 10 percent off.i would cancel the order if I could

the ordering process is good except for shipment time selection. for standard delivery without shipping fees the choice is grayed with this selection not possible you are forced to pay expedited shipping fees when in fact standard delivery would be fine for me.

I love how easy it is to pick the glasses that I like. But it’s been almost 2 weeks and still haven’t received my glasses. That told me 5 to 7 business days. Unacceptable.
