I paid for 2 day service and still haven’t received my package. I understand verification of RX but I provided that. I’m disappointed there went 20 dollars

I ordered my gasses on 6/6 since ordering I received 3 emails about my order. The first was an order confirmation, the second was an order delay communication just saying they are still working on it with no ETA, the third was a request for a review. I still don’t have my order and have not received communication that it has shipped. Getting the request for the review made me log in to see the status of my order and it appears it may be finally shipping today… 6/19 at least a shipping label has been created.

Delivery takes ages. I have ordered on June 14,2024 and paid for 3-5 days delivery as a birthday gift for my wife’s birthday. Here comes here birthday today and the update today shows it is somewhere in New Jersey. This is the last time I will buy from you .

The amount of time to receive contacts is over 3 weeks and zero contact to customer until I Inquired where my product is, this is the reason for my low score review

I ordered my sunglasses over a month ago I still haven’t received them. I had no customer service calls to inform me of the delays. I sent 4 emails and just as of today it says my order has shipped but I have no tracking information. My friend ordered his pair from a local target and had them in a week for 30.00 less. I was excited to get these for vacation but was unable to use them because of the long delay. I hope they arrive ok and I’m happy with them otherwise it will be a extremely disappointing experience.

It showed that the frames I ordered were in stock, they were not. I paid for one day shipping because I needed the glasses It took almost 2 weeks to get them in. When I reached out to customer service, I was told that they give notice if you pay attention that it could take time which was a horrible response and had nothing to do with the fact that they never said anything about the frames needing to be sent in by their distributors. I was given no type of compensation, and after the initial response did not receive another email for a many days.

Very good pricing and easy to navigate website. I am disappointed that after I chose to pay for express shipping before business hours began that day. If they had shipped that day, I would have received my order before the weekend, and for when I really needed them. Instead, I just received the label created email the following day. Other than the shipping issue, everything was good even though I haven't received my order yet.

I needed my contacts by a specific date. I paid for the 2-day shipping and before ordering, I called to make sure they had them in stock, so I wouldn't pay for 2-day and then wait a week for them to ship. I was told there were over 600 boxes in stock. I placed the order in the morning, but the item did not ship out that day. It is likely that I will not get them prior to my trip that I wanted them for. In which case, I paid an extra $19.95 for them to be delivered after I needed them.

I paid for expedited shipping and my order still did not ship so I asked for a refund on shipping and received that within 48hrs but my order still had not shipped. That's the only reason they have 2 stars. Yup never again unfortunately until they do better.

The price for my prescription Oakley glasses were cheaper than any other place I checked through EZContacts. Be aware that when they say it could be up to 7 business days for prescriptions glasses, they mean it. Today makes 8 business days and I am still waiting for shipping information.

Paid for 1 day shipping and they didnt ship out on the first business day, customer service was horrible and wouldn’t answer my question whether they will arrive at a certain date. Overall shipping tool forever.
