Glasses frame that I ordered (without custom lenses, just display) took 5 weeks to mail despite site's promise of 2 to 3. I considered cancelling many times but they already had my money.

The pricing was awesome, but customer service Will not give you a call back and we have waited over a month just for it to ship. Actually going on 2 months! So unless you want to wait a long time to get your glasses, I wouldn't order here.

I placed an order for my son’s eyeglasses on 4/10/24. I am just receiving a shipping notification today 5/7/2024. Almost a month later.

Poor communication about order. I ordered and after a week of not hearing anything on shipping, I looked at their website and found out they were closed for the week for a holiday. However my order was made the previous and no email to let me know there was going to be a delay in my order. After the holiday, still no communication or shipping of my order. Finally after over 2 weeks of waiting, I sen an email to customer service. I still didn’t get a response, but finally got a shipping notice. Very disappointing.

I ordered my contacts on April 29th and they weren’t shipped until May 6th and I’m now going to be waiting 5-7 more days for delivery. This put me in a bind.

I placed an Order for glasses on April 8. I was informed it would take 5-7 Business days to process. Eventually there was a delay in processing, and they did not notify me until I had to call severally, chat and even send emails in attempt to reach out to the customer service before I got a proper explanation and due to the urgency of my situation, they expedited the shipping, which shipped on May 3rd. Now my glasses are to be delivered tomorrow which is May 6th!. Well you can imagine my frustration. With the trauma of terrible experience I have received, it would take a lot of convincing for me to even consider thinking about using EzContact services again.

Love that I can buy designer sunglasses at a more affordable price, but it took almost 3 weeks for my item to ship.

I ordered contacts on April 25th and paid extra for 3-5 day shipping. My contacts are still not here, tracking says they will be here tomorrow, May 4th. Pretty disappointed in the timeline. They weren’t even sent out to be shipped until May 1st, five days after I ordered them.

Couldn’t select free shipping, paid for expedited, then they closed for a week. There was nothing on the site indicating they would be closed. Now it’s been over a week and I still am waiting for my contacts.

The pricing was great but after paying for express shipping, I was notified that they were closed and wouldn't even ship for over a week. I then went to cancel the order because I needed them immediately and there was no way to do so.

I was forced to pay $7 for shipping bc free shipping was greyed out and i couldn’t choose that option for some reason. Ok… Not only that my order didn’t get dispatched for 3 days. As a result 3-5 day shipping turned into > a week shipping. Bad practice guys. Makes me wanna think twice before ordering from you next time.

I will rerate upon delivery. In the meantime I suggest you warn customers when you are on holiday to they can seek more timely options.
