It's been over a month since I ordered. A week after I got a notification saying it was taking longer than expected, since then nothing. No update texts or emails. I sent an email asking what's up and still waiting on something

The pricing was great but after paying for express shipping, I was notified that they were closed and wouldn't even ship for over a week. I then went to cancel the order because I needed them immediately and there was no way to do so.

I was forced to pay $7 for shipping bc free shipping was greyed out and i couldn’t choose that option for some reason. Ok… Not only that my order didn’t get dispatched for 3 days. As a result 3-5 day shipping turned into > a week shipping. Bad practice guys. Makes me wanna think twice before ordering from you next time.

I will rerate upon delivery. In the meantime I suggest you warn customers when you are on holiday to they can seek more timely options.

I paid for shipping and it's been over a week, but I haven't received my glasses or the tracking number. I call and no one ever answers in customer service.

Contacts are poor quality, I have to throw out maybe one in 5 of them. The shipping is super slow, I ordered it a week and a half ago and they just shipped it today.

I ordered contacts and paid for 2 day shipping so I could receive my order prior to leaving for a long trip however EZcontacts decided to shut down their offices for a week without notification prior to my order. It has been 10 days since placing my order, still no contacts and no response from service on whether they are refunding the shipping fee. I had to place an order with a competitor last minute to get some contacts. I value good service and this was an example of really bad service...

Order placed March 23. April 30 and still hasn’t shipped. Blaming it on Passover? GTFOH. There are several other discount options online. This one is below reasonable standards of business.

While prices are comparable with other online company, wait time on phone was too long to resolve issues. I 'd called 7:45 am, and did not get a callback til 9:30am. Customer representatives on phone could be more friendly

ordered eye gumies last friday and never got a confirm of shipment , called to check on order status and I got a message that they will be with me momentarly, waited 37 minutes and hung up. called back and left a message for you to call back, called me back 4 hrs later and I didn't get the call as I must have been driving Someone let a voicemail named izzy and said sorry we mised you, if you would like call us back. i Texed back and asked if shipped and if not can I cancel the order as I cant get through. m,y order num is 3926676. please respond. I ordered April 10th and never received a confirmation e-mail. So I called to check the status of my package and it was supposed to take 3-5 business days. On the phone they told me it will take 2-3 weeks. Very disappointed

I’ve ordered before from Ez contacts and have not had a problem. This time however, I pick out a pair of frames gave them my prescription placed the order and figured I would have my glasses within a few weeks. After not hearing anything for three weeks I reached out to see what was going on. They did even have to common courtesy to inform me that those particular frames Were on back order. They changed my credit card almost $400.00 and I’m still waiting to receive my glasses after placing the order 2 1/2 months ago. Make sure they have the item in stock before you order or you will be charged and waiting a long time before you get your glasses!!!😡
