It’s my first time purchasing from EZContacts. It took me a short time to figure out the order process. Also a little time to know what email I send my prescription to, before I click to finalize payment. I found a question mark at the bottom right side of page. It should be much quicker my second go around. I ordered yesterday afternoon(Sat) and this morning(Sun) a notification was showing “shipped”!! Very happy about that. I’ll review further after transaction is complete.

I ordered 2 packs of contact lenses from Acuvue Oasys 1-Day Contacts 90 Pack on July 2 and got it on July 6. My insurance company suggested the price of $116.99 per pack, I bought it on EZContacts.com for $69.96 each. If the price stays the same, I'll be the loyal customer of EZContacts.com. Additionally, I need to add that I live in Washington DC, and the delivery took only 4 calendar days even considering the fact that it was the 4th of July and the weekend during the delivery time. Perfect!

I ordered -1.50 and -1.75, you sent to me -1.75 and -2.00. I called doctor office they said can’t wear wrong lenses so how can we return to you . Pls send us the lenses-1.50 Thank you

I ordered with ease and paid for next day shipping. The next day I was told that there was a delay in my order. I asked if I would be refunded for the next day shipping and I never got a response.

Attached the prescription and it still took days to get it right and paid for 3-5 day shipping and price wasn’t that much better than bjs not sure if I will use it again
