Everything went well until it came to delivery time...someone tried to scam me (couldn't deliver bc no house # so send money on line to have it delivered)

I ordered with ease and paid for next day shipping. The next day I was told that there was a delay in my order. I asked if I would be refunded for the next day shipping and I never got a response.

Attached the prescription and it still took days to get it right and paid for 3-5 day shipping and price wasn’t that much better than bjs not sure if I will use it again

Both the price and the product I received were great. The shipping time, however, took way too long. I ordered my product (Occusoft foaming lid cleanser) on May 31 and it did not ship until June 27...almost a month later! There was no communication in between letting me know it was backordered or anything--just radio silence. If I order from this company again I will make sure it's not anything I need right away, that's for sure.

You should have a spot for zero stars. When calling customer service I waited hours and no call back or text. You took my money within minutes and never asked to verify my prescription. I strongly believe you're a scam company. Lesson learned and you stole my money!
