I never got a confimation and have received not notifications since I purchased Persol sunglasses. I ended up ordering a second pair because I thought the 1st transaction went through. Both were charged to my credit card which I am going to have to dispute.

I am very upset and unsatisfied with this company I paid an extra fee to get the glasses before my trip and they got hipped a day before my trip anf that happened cause I complained. Would not recommend.

I purchased a brand name pair of sunglasses, that was cheaper then Amazon by over $60 with a coupon offered by Ezcontacts. Product arrived on time, and was exactly what I ordered. Keep up the good work, I will definately order more.

Glasses are perfect! Exactly what I ordered, and the lenses are just right. They were delivered so quick, too! Ordered to replace a pair I bought a local retailer. These were less than HALF of the price of those! Super happy with my new designer glasses!

My glasses where sopposed to be delivered on June 28th 2024. Following the tracking updates it said ir was tendered the delivery service on June 26th in Illinois. I live in Wisconsin and it is now July 2 and it still says the same thing.

Ordered sunglasses Thursday it's almost Wednesday my package has. Been sitting in NJ for over a day people have waited 7 days for a delivery ridiculous.

Pricing, discounts & rebates are not a scam on EZContacts.com. After feeling like some of the lens prices I was seeing were too good to be true I started doing research on third party websites to narrow my shopping experience to sites I could trust. EZContacts offered the lowest price for my daily lenses that I was able to find and the rebate discount was applied at checkout so no mailing in proof of purchase or anything. I made my purchase this morning and they were boxed and shipped by that afternoon. Great experience so far!

Order of my frame (no prescription) took much longer than expected. I had to contact Customer service to find out what was going on. Found out that they were experiencing a delay from the frame's manufacturer for the make/model that I ordered. It would have been nice if EZContacts informed me of the delay instead of me having to contact them. Other than that, correct size/model was received as ordered.

Deceptive Banner on site - Big bold announcement in Red “Free Shipping on All Orders in the USA” However, there’s an asterisk explaining that if you take advantage of a special m, you will indeed be charged for shipping in the USA! Is this fair to consumers? Is it legal? It is definitely deceptive or less than transparent and honest!
