I paid 20 dollars for express delivery and they delivered the product to me three weeks after the order. I wrote to get my payment back for express shipping but I have no response

Once I received my order I was elated. The glasses are perfect. It did take longer to arrive than expected and I couldn’t speak to a representative in regards to the delay, but satisfied and will order from ez contacts again soon

The service is great and my contacts ship the same day most times. The problem is that they use DHL as a shipper. It can take a week or more to get the order.

I am not pleased with the time it took to get my glasses. When I ordered it did not say out of stock. This was a new prescription and I needed my glasses. It took over a month to even get them processed and I have yet to receive the glasses. I will think twice before ordering through EZContacts again. I hope my glasses are ok when I finally do receive them. I am concerned.

My order was placed on June 2nd. I was told that I would receive the item in 5-7 business days. It is June 28th and I still have not received the item. I’ve contacted the company several times and requested a discount based on this excessive delay. The company is unwilling to be helpful. The company also promised me express shipping based on the delay. They sent the item without express shipping.

I like to order contacts here. I am a little frustrated. I got an email with a coupon code for 20% off my order and there was no where to enter the code when I checked out. I could have saved money ordering somewhere else. Why send a code if there is no where to enter the code.

I ordered my contacts on 5/29/2024. My contacts weren't sent because my prescription had expired. No one called to tell me there was an issue with my prescription. They just charged my credit card and didn't do anything after that. I had to contact customer service to figure out what was going on. After I completed the online vision test on 6/22/24, I am still waiting for my contacts. The order should have been expedited considering the inconvenience.

Really horrible experience would not recommend. It is better to buy it from the original store even if the price is much higher.
