I placed my first order with this company a couple weeks ago. It’s the first time in almost 20 years of wearing contacts that I’ve ever had problems with an online contact order. And I have ordered from many companies over the years. My prescription has been the same for many years. They r not the correct prescription as the order I placed. I emailed customer service explaining the issue. They were quick to respond that perhaps I didn’t put them in correctly or I needed to call my eye Sr. I didn’t appreciate the response. I would never recommend this company.

Exceptional! I am very impressed with the service I received from EZContacts. They kept me informed about the shipping status of my new frames right up to the day of delivery when I even got a message that the frames were in my mailbox. Absolutely impressed. I recommend them to anyone.

Responses to my communication were rapid and coherent. The delivery was quick. The pretty red contacts case is the first one I've seen in that color. Love it. Thank you everyone for your help...The three ads I received during one day prompted me to ask to have them stopped. The first review I attempted to send did not go through. Tried to tell your staff by hitting "reply" on your emails and those did not go through. This is my last try. Thanx, again, everyone. I appreciate your work.

I never got a confimation and have received not notifications since I purchased Persol sunglasses. I ended up ordering a second pair because I thought the 1st transaction went through. Both were charged to my credit card which I am going to have to dispute.

I am very upset and unsatisfied with this company I paid an extra fee to get the glasses before my trip and they got hipped a day before my trip anf that happened cause I complained. Would not recommend.

I purchased a brand name pair of sunglasses, that was cheaper then Amazon by over $60 with a coupon offered by Ezcontacts. Product arrived on time, and was exactly what I ordered. Keep up the good work, I will definately order more.

Glasses are perfect! Exactly what I ordered, and the lenses are just right. They were delivered so quick, too! Ordered to replace a pair I bought a local retailer. These were less than HALF of the price of those! Super happy with my new designer glasses!

My glasses where sopposed to be delivered on June 28th 2024. Following the tracking updates it said ir was tendered the delivery service on June 26th in Illinois. I live in Wisconsin and it is now July 2 and it still says the same thing.
