Contacts were lost in the mail. Although no fault of Ezcontacts, the replacements were slow in coming.

They got here pretty quick. They’re clearly fakes but they’re def high quality fakes. I bought a pair of Oakley sure ti’s and the paint/finish is def not the same as a normal pair and the lenses are a little less reflective. They’re still metal and they look good but not $170 good. More like $80 good.

All our products - eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and eyecare - are 100% authentic and are purchased directly from the manufacturer (or their authorized distributors) that produces these products for brand-name eyewear and eyecare companies, and your glasses will include all the accessories (e.g. branded case and cloth, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity, etc.) provided by the manufacturer to ensure their authenticity. I thought I was getting a good deal until I realized I was buy contact packs with 6 instead of 12. My fault for not looking closer, but I won't be using EZContacts again.

Ordered the YSL glasses on 24 July and received shipping confirmation 19 September. Doubt I'll be ordering anything again.

I found that EZ contacts not only had the best price, with no hidden service fees. Customer service was very nice & helpful and my contacts shipped within hours of placing my order. Very happy overall!

Took 2 weeks for my contacts to ship. Customer service was quick to respond to me when I contacted them, but that is too long to wait. Will go elsewhere next time.

I ordered my glasses several weeks ago and have yet to receive them. I sent an email inquiring about the status and got nothing in return as far as a response goes. I gave my credit card and paid but have not gotten my purchase. Is this fraud and a real website? I’m starting to have my doubts.
