Free shipping and when product is available was very confusing. When I make a order at Costco, they send me an email with the order number and date of estimated arrival of product. For example, submitted order on 5/20, they responded with email, I should have my delivery on 5/23, order arrived on 5/23 with tracking available throughout process with no delays.

Paid $19.99 for 2 day delivery to a commercial address & they marked it residential which delayed the delivery a day for no reason. Nothing more frustrating than seeing it “out for delivery” 2 days in a row!!

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received regarding a lost package. I contacted support because I never received my order, which contains contact lenses that I urgently need. Unfortunately, my interaction with the representative, Alison, was unhelpful and frustrating. Instead of providing a clear solution or escalating the issue, Alison refused to transfer me to someone else who might be able to help. She ended the call abruptly after simply telling me to wait 5–10 business days for an investigation. As a customer relying on this product, that response was incredibly frustrating and dismissive. I expected more understanding and support, especially in a situation where the product is time-sensitive. I hope the company reviews this interaction and takes steps to improve their service experience for others in the future.

I have used you guys for several years. And um, up for this to happen more than one time is really horrible to me. At this point, I'm probably more apt at paying cost for my item. Then to wait for a discounted item that you say is in stock and it's not in stock and you have to search for It. So if it's not in stock, your items should say, not in stat. That ships right away, so I'm getting tired of the lives. You are feeding people. Yeah and your service sucks

I received my order in a timely manner and they were exactly what I wanted. The glasses were comfortable and you can’t beat the price I got the Oakleys for. They actually exceeded expectations and I also got the case and bag with them and the original lens. They even sent me a cleaning kit and tool to fix them if I needed to.
