I was charged for 2 sets on contacts before order was even shipped out. There was an issue with prescription and customer service was responsive but had zero empathy for my concerns of being charged for the one that would not process nor did they advise on a refund. Will never use again.

Well the last order I recived both eye contacts were defective. Every time I used them for a week or two the one eye was always blurry and the other eye the contact would tear for no reason. I complained but no refund was sent. I am trying again. If it happens again I will no longer be a customer.

However, it is highly unlikely for lenses from multiple boxes with different lot numbers to be defective. These lenses are produced in separate machine runs, which makes it extremely rare for defects to occur across different lots. We strongly recommend checking in with your eye care provider to ensure these lenses are the right fit for you and to rule out any other factors that could be affecting your experience. As a courtesy, we’ve also issued a 10% discount on your next purchase with us. We hope this helps and that your next order meets your expectations.

It took more than a week to get the item shipped out without any explanation of the delay. I have to call the customer service to find it out it because some item was out of stock.

On April 30 2025 I make an order, and I never received, and I get charged for it I’m using affirm as a payment method and being paid for something then I never get, I need this to be canceled and refund it, please! The only email I’m getting for EZ Contacts is this one to review your service, but I don’t have nothing good to say now.😡
