I received my order in a timely manner and they were exactly what I wanted. The glasses were comfortable and you can’t beat the price I got the Oakleys for. They actually exceeded expectations and I also got the case and bag with them and the original lens. They even sent me a cleaning kit and tool to fix them if I needed to.

Had to enter prescription information 5 times kept rejecting. False advertising. Advertised as free shipping only option was $11.95.

Absolutely god awful service. My glasses *still* haven’t arrived, your carrier is wildly unreliable, I’ll never use your company again. Just a bloody shambles. Awful.

ordering was easy, got a great deal on a set of Costas that were no longer available directly from Costa, shipping was quick, and everything arrived correct and in good condition. no complaints here, just ready to see how well these shades work on my beach trip

My glasses came in less than 2 weeks and they are absolutely amazing! Customer support was amazing whenever I did have an issue during the ordering process and they have definitely earned a return customer!

I purchased a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses and heard nothing from EZ Contacts for 3 weeks. When I remembered, I went to the website and found out that the sunglasses were backordered, and they had no clue when they would ship. The website RIGHT NOW says the pair I ordered is available for shipment in 3-5 days. HORRIBLE customer service. It is now almost a month since ordering, and there is still no info on when or if I will ever get the sunglasses.

My contacts had not arrived. I called and was on hold for 15-20 mins. I was then told that they did not have what I needed in stock and this is why they had not shipped. No one sent an email or notified me. I would have ordered from somewhere else. So, I was out of contacts. I ordered with sufficient time so that this would not happen. They said I could pay $10 for Fed Ex. Yes, I could have but it is the point of it. So, I will wear my glasses.

Prescription didn’t match order so was emailed that they would hold order until they heard from me. They shipped wrong order anyways. So now they want me to wait to receive wrong order and ship them back and then once they receive I can reorder correct. Nonetheless I will be returning and going with a different company as I cannot wait that long for my contacts

I had a bad experience with ordering my glasses. Expected delivery was 5-7 business days and four weeks later they have barely shipped.

Prices are good, but I have waited over a month for half of a delivery. I had to reach out to customer service to determine what was going on with the delivery. The order is on back order, but the timeline has not been consistent with customer service’s estimate.

I ordered my contacts over a month ago and still have not received them. I had to reach out to them to find out they were on back order. No email or notification of any kind letting me know there would be such a long delay. They are supposedly en route to me now. I had hoped they would expedite the shiping to compensate for the wait but they did not. Still waiting.
