I purchased a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses and heard nothing from EZ Contacts for 3 weeks. When I remembered, I went to the website and found out that the sunglasses were backordered, and they had no clue when they would ship. The website RIGHT NOW says the pair I ordered is available for shipment in 3-5 days. HORRIBLE customer service. It is now almost a month since ordering, and there is still no info on when or if I will ever get the sunglasses.

My contacts had not arrived. I called and was on hold for 15-20 mins. I was then told that they did not have what I needed in stock and this is why they had not shipped. No one sent an email or notified me. I would have ordered from somewhere else. So, I was out of contacts. I ordered with sufficient time so that this would not happen. They said I could pay $10 for Fed Ex. Yes, I could have but it is the point of it. So, I will wear my glasses.

Prescription didn’t match order so was emailed that they would hold order until they heard from me. They shipped wrong order anyways. So now they want me to wait to receive wrong order and ship them back and then once they receive I can reorder correct. Nonetheless I will be returning and going with a different company as I cannot wait that long for my contacts

I had a bad experience with ordering my glasses. Expected delivery was 5-7 business days and four weeks later they have barely shipped.

Prices are good, but I have waited over a month for half of a delivery. I had to reach out to customer service to determine what was going on with the delivery. The order is on back order, but the timeline has not been consistent with customer service’s estimate.

I ordered my contacts over a month ago and still have not received them. I had to reach out to them to find out they were on back order. No email or notification of any kind letting me know there would be such a long delay. They are supposedly en route to me now. I had hoped they would expedite the shiping to compensate for the wait but they did not. Still waiting.

I regret ordering from EZ Contacts due to their complete incompetence in customer service. I reached out FOUR times before my order was completed, requesting delivery updstes and a price adjustment to reflect the current discounts available at the time. Despite multiple emails, EZ Contacts entirely ignored this request, refusing to acknowledge it until after my order was processed, when they conveniently claimed it was too late to make any price adjustments. To make matters worse, the frames I ordered were advertised as having a 3-5 business day delivery window, yet it took two months for my order to be completed and shipped! The lack of communication and prolonged delays were beyond frustrating, and their refusal to address my price adjustment request only made the situation worse. Instead of providing an actual resolution, they attempted to offer me a future discount—as if I would ever trust them with another prescription order after this disaster! A future discount is meaningless when a company refuses to respond to basic customer inquiries and blatantly disregards their own advertised delivery times. If you value reliable shipping, responsive support, and companies that actually honor their promises, avoid EZ Contacts at all costs. Their misleading delivery estimates, lack of communication, and inability to provide timely service make them an absolute nightmare to deal with. Take your business elsewhere—you’ll save yourself the frustration.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how important fast shipping is and want to clarify the timeline for your order. Your order was placed on Friday, May 16, 2025, at 3:50 PM, which was after our 2 PM shipping cutoff. Because of that, it was processed and shipped on the next business day, Monday, May 19. The expedited shipping option you selected applies to the transit time once the order has shipped. It does not shorten the time required to process the order before it leaves our facility.
