Easy to order, verified prescription quickly, fast ship. Price on contacts less than doctor's office. Also allowed me to order amount I determined I would use rather than standard six or twelve month supply. Very satisfied.

My package was “returned to sender” with no fault of my own, and the company refuses to replace my order, they are asking me to make a new order (& they’ll honor the price), and will refund my original order once they receive the package. Meanwhile I’m out of contacts.

The site does not allow you to add your insurance info. 1-800contacts takes the information when ordering and deducts it from the total. I read faq and it doesn’t say how to even get the info to you. I emailed the company. Thank you

Great pricing and no issues with the contacts. However, shipping is very slow. My order took 6 business days before it was shipped and then it used a slow carrier (DHLe).

I love my new glasses. I have not ordered online before and was a bit hesitant, but thought I'd give it a try. I am very satisfied. The glasses came with a set of tools, a cleaning cloth and spray cleaner. As well there was an extra set of lenses. Couldn't be happier.
