The site does not allow you to add your insurance info. 1-800contacts takes the information when ordering and deducts it from the total. I read faq and it doesn’t say how to even get the info to you. I emailed the company. Thank you

Great pricing and no issues with the contacts. However, shipping is very slow. My order took 6 business days before it was shipped and then it used a slow carrier (DHLe).

I love my new glasses. I have not ordered online before and was a bit hesitant, but thought I'd give it a try. I am very satisfied. The glasses came with a set of tools, a cleaning cloth and spray cleaner. As well there was an extra set of lenses. Couldn't be happier.

When i check my email 2 days after ordering i expect to see an email showing my order is being processed and provide me with tracking instead i have 5 advertisements and no reference to the crucial order ive already paid for …gay

Great prices and easy to use. I would suggest adding Apple Pay as this will make the process even quicker and more efficient. I normally buy through 1-800 contacts however lately I believe they have been price gouging. They would not match the prices offered by your website ( they said it was promo pricing). However I didnt have to enter any codes you had the price listed clearly on your website. 1-800 tried to offer me a better price but it was still 75 dollars above your prices so not even close. I will deff be buying from you guys again.

So far so good. Ordered a pair of prescription glasses without trying them on first. We'll see how it goes when they arrive. The online "try them on" tool seems to work pretty well, so hopefully, it's a good fit for my face!
