I ordered sunglasses 10 days ago. I received an email that they don't have them in stock anymore and it may be 14 more days. How hard is it to sell items in their possession? The reason it's not a 1 star is they waived the fast delivery I paid for

Unfortunately the glasses delivered were absolutely unwearable. Customer service on the return was good, but will be requesting refund instead of replacement since I am not confident they would deliver quality in the replacement pair.

Ordered contact which website said was in stock. Paid for expedited 3-5 day delivery. Did not get contacts until 2 weeks after the order was placed. Customer service answer was...sorry, you will get them sometime. Never using them again

Our typical processing time for these specific contact lenses is approximately 1-2 weeks, so it was delivered within the given time frame, but we apologize if you were dissatisfied nonetheless. Ordered lenses and paid for expedited 2 day delivery. Three days AFTER placing the order I received a notification the lenses had shipped. Delivery is expected 5 days AFTER shipping. Got hung up on by customer service. Customer service has been of no help and sticks to scripts of false apologies. All of this is in present tense as this ordering hell is ongoing presently. So, they have my money, they have my lenses and when you wear dailies and run out, this is a huge problem. Under no circumstances should they be in business, let alone get anyone’s business after reading this. Avoid this site and company st all costs.
