Prices are ok but I ordered my frames a week ago with 2 day shipping and my frames haven’t even left the warehouse yet.

Upon checking, the frames you selected have a 7-10 business day processing time as we are awaiting the product from our manufacturer. Please note that as stated on our website, paying extra for expedited shipping does not speed up this processing time, only the time the product is shipped from our warehouse to you. I had to wait 3 months to get my glasses. I messaged them 3 different times about it and each time they said my frames should be restocked in a week or so… and I kept waiting. Finally 3 months later after purchasing them they came.

There was a lack of communication about my order. Every time I checked it was order processing. Finally after a week I called and was told there order was shipping out soon. I was almost ready to cancel the order.

I placed an order on 11/23, I requested 2 day shipping. I emailed on requesting status since information on website wasn’t updated. On 11/28 I called customer service. After being on hold for 1 hr and 30 min a very kind gentleman explained that the contacts I ordered were out of stock so they requested my order be sent from a warehouse closer to me that had them available. He credited the additional shipping fee I paid for 2 day delivery and said he would need to find out where my order was. Since it was almost 5 pm he would email me in the morning with his findings. I received an email from EZ contacts “with shipping info” unfortunately when clicking the link it states “status update is not available” I am disappointed that EZ contacts was not easy At all. Having to wait on the phone for over an hour and a half is ridiculous. Having order status available shouldn’t be difficult to get. The on hold recording states there is a chat available.. I wasn’t able to locate anywhere on the website.. The only positive comment I can make at this point is the kind person who finally answered the phone and attempted to assist.

The first time we used EZ Contacts, I had no complaints but this most recent order has been an issue. I ordered Nov. 8th in the two pairs that we chose showed an estimated date of around 5 to 7 business days and the other one was maybe about two weeks. With that said two weeks went by and I have heard nothing and the status has not changed. Finally reached out and they mentioned there was a stocking issue with that said up to this point they never mentioned anything and even on the website currently it still shows that it’s supposed to ship within 5 to 7 business days. my son has been without his glasses and resorting to contacts for the past 3 to 4 weeks now and I had to fork up some more money to buy another pair elsewhere . Very disappointing and they didn’t offer much of an apology or solution besides telling me to order dif ones

Your delivery status is not what you advertise, still waiting for my order to arrive. I’m assuming I will like the frames and I will remain optimistic that the prescription will work. I cannot offer a true review until I receive my order.

It took a month to get my order. No communication other than the chats initiated by me. I paid extra for expedited shipping or otherwise it would’ve taken even longer for delivery. For my first time using them, it was disappointing experience and I definitely will not use them again.

EZContacts should stick to contacts because there is no value ordering glasses that you can get in a store in one hour. Why wait 2 weeks for something you can get same day at the store… WZContacts even charges more for overnight / next day but that’s after 2 weeks of making the lenses. Don’t us EZContacts for glasses, big mistake on my part…

When I purchased the glasses they DID NOT say they were on backorder. The next day I was told that they were on back order. My husband need his glasses and I wouldn't have ordered had I know they were back ordered.
