I accidentally ordered the wrong contacts. I sent an email asking them to cancel the order and got no reply. Now I have the wrong contacts and have to pay $10 to send them back lol.

They make you pay for 3-5 day shipping but make you wait more than 10 days to receive your order

Frustrated that at no point in ordering the contacts does it indicate you will receive an email to upload your prescription. Should be included right at ordering!

Unfortunately, I cannot leave a good review as I have not received my contacts yet. Ordered them on Sept 30 and the site indicated a 5-7 business day delivery. Did not see any indication of the Jewish holiday observance nor did I receive an email concerning due to that observance. If so I would have ordered them elsewhere as I needed them by the end of this week. As of today, Oct 12th, they are still in New Jersey. Pricing was good, but so far I have not received the contacts. Now once I receive them, next week (some 18 days later) I will have to ship them to son, at college, whom we will be visiting this weekend. Disappointed in the lack of clear communication about the shipping.

Today is 10/12/23. I place an order since 8/26/23 and I have not received my order. I have contacted the company and I still don't know the ETA of my order.

not sure where my glasses are?? When I ordered they said it would be 3-5 days that why I placed the order and now there is still no update or shipping. I could have gotten them in my local store the other day and been wearing them.

Upon checking into your order, it appears that you've selected frames with prescription lenses. Please note that as stated on our website, frames with prescription lenses generally take 5-7 business days to process in our lab before they are shipped. This is on top of the 3-5 day ETA that you saw on the website. We make this information readily available on our website, but we truly apologize if anything wasn’t clear to you. Couldn’t contact company because they were closed since last week,constantly offered a discount emails but order processing on company web site would not accept it,then shipped product before I could ask questions about including my lens RX ? Very disappointing,I probably will have to pay for return shipping now when the 2 frames arrive!

Your firm charged for expedited delivery when you were shut down for religious holiday. I am not Jewish nor am I aware of your (not National) faith holidays. I expect your firm will not charge for “expedited “ delivery.

First time customer. Ordered lenses over a week ago and just was notified that they had shipped today. Likely it will be a total of 2 weeks before they arrive. Shipping was nearly $8 so you would think it could be expedited! Hard to rate the company when I haven’t received my lenses. Not impressed so far.

I was really excited when I places my order. The website said 5-7 business day great, I anxiously waited and check every day for tracking. To my suprise EZ Contaxts delayed my shipment bc they closed, which they're in all their right but what bothered me the most was that there was ZERO notice when I placed my order. I would've expedited the shipment. I reach out to customer service they said it was going to take another 10 days! They then agreed to get me my order 2-3 days. The shipping information came up and it said 4 days. The glasses could be the BEST, I wouldn't know bc I'm on day 13 and have t received my order. In addition my bank account was billed right away. When I reached out to customer service to help me with insurance repayment they told me they couldn't and I had to do it on my own after website states they a cept my insurance.

If I could give a 0 star I would! I placed an order Sept 30th and it still has not shipped. I attempted to call the phone number provided and it states they are busy call back at a later time. It’s a bit frustrating. If I would have known this is the type of customer service, I would have ordered from Costco.

I ordered contacts online, but later realized that the company was on holiday for a week and my order wouldn't be processed until they returned. I think that they should have notified me before check-out that they were on holiday. I never would have ordered them if I had known that it would take so long to get them.

For orders of glasses frames, just not worth it. Three weeks from order to shipping, with no updates. In the meantime, ordered the same from someone else, received them, and wore them for two weeks.

Do not order from here if you need your glasses soon. Both times I ordered glasses, it took over one month. Once arrived, glasses were fine but just be prepared to wait.
