Yes…great prices, but this last purchase just might be my last. I receive every marketing email generated, but no confirmation of an order [email]. I decided to go online and alas, I’ve forgotten my password. Followed the prompts for changing…expecting an email to confirm the request. Nothing…attempted (3) times! Ok, so previously on another order (with similar glitches), I called and after a short wait spoke with a rep. - not this time. After a 30 minute wait, I was prompted by an automated request to leave my number for a call back (after it told me my ‘place in the queue would be held’. Crickets…never got a call back; and that was two days ago. Whatever…

It’s been 7 days and my sunglasses still haven’t shipped. I paid To have them shipped 2nd day air and they did refund that charge. I would Have never ordered them had I known it was going to be this long.

I ordered these on May 9, 2023. Today is August 14, 2023. Credit card was charged without my consent. I had forgotten about them since I found them on Amazon for $350. Ez contacts should notify and ask the customer if they’re still interested 3 months after originally ordered!!! A nice discount for the inconvenience would’ve been nice.

Time to ship my glasses was over 3 weeks. When I ordered there was zero indication that it would take that long. No communication until I asked about the order. Overall it was slow and with poor communication.

This was once my go to site for glasses. Prices were (are) great on designer frames- especially if you utilize one of the coupons you're guaranteed to receive 3x a day. Whatever they spend on advertising, they aren't spending on actual production. Orders now take weeks if not months to fulfill with no updates from the site. Anything with prescription frames, will take as long of not longer than any other online retailer.

Please note that as stated on our website, frames with prescription lenses generally take 5-7 business days to process in our lab before they are shipped. Paying extra for expedited shipping unfortunately does not speed up the processing time in our lab. I would otherwise give EZContacts a 4/5, but my recent order experience leaves me no choice but to share my disappointment with this site. I placed an order on July 19th and did not receive a notice of any manufacturer backlog that would impact shipment date. The EZContact representative shared I, as the customer, would not have known about this issue unless I reported an issue. That being said, EZContacts does not properly inform customers of any existing delays that could potentially impact shipment and delivery dates. As of now, one item in my purchase orders is still in "order" status. Two have finally "shipped". I considering not returning to this vendor to fulfill future optical needs.

I received a %30 coupon from EZContacts, and when I ordered new contacts the coupon code was not excepted, so I paid full price because I had no choice. I've been a steady customer I would think they would approved my coupon code

If a pair of glasses is out of stock the website Should denote that it cannot be ordered because it is out of stock. Ordered a pair of NON prescription sunglasses on July 15 2023 received email confirmation just shipping today, august 1,2023.

My contacts were not in stock & took several weeks to ship - I was not notified of this at all & only found out by calling customer service. This happened with two separate orders. If you need contacts within a month of ordering, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

When I logged into my account today to order my regular cut contacts, I had a 10% discount option and I completed it but when I checked out with my order and it asked for the code but that discount, the discount code was nowhere to be found. I know the discount probably wasn’t for much rather than the fact that I was able to use it. Me feelings about that are that I feel like I was taken advantage with that. Very dissatisfied with that to the point where I may look for a different place to get my contacts in the future. I do not expect anything in return I just wanted you to know that I feel like I was taken advantage of.

I place my first order from EZcontacts today. I think I was the victim of price switching. I cannot prove it because by the time I noticed the screen with the lower price was gone and I coudn't snap a shot of it. I will see if I actually get the lenses I want. I am disappointed that the price that got me onto the website was not the price I actually paid.

Very disappointed with this process. My order was placed pending verification from my eye Dr. I am still waiting for it. In the meantime my account has been debited the total money. Who charges someone when there is no confirmed order.
