Excellent selection of frames. Poor delivery time. Same day order has taken weeks. Poor customer service. Emailed complaints get generic responses and it’s almost impossible to speak with a human being.

Ordered on 9/1. No communication. On 9/11 I asked about my order. They then shipped it. 10 day delay.

My order is taking over 1 month, I have called 2x waiting on phone for close to 1 hr, the reps are very nice but only to tell me they are not ready yet. I may cancel order at the end of the week if they are not ready by then.

After ordering my contacts, my prescription was changed so I called to have them returned because of this. The rep told me to include the new script, which I did. What did ezcontacts do? They sent me exact same script that I originally returned. And now I they want me to pay an additional shipping fee because THEY sent the wrong perscription...

I ordered a pair of sunglasses and it took 6 weeks for them to even *ship*! If you don't have the stock available, don't advertise and take payment.

I specifically ordered and paid additional to have a two-day expedited shipping. I ordered early Friday and had to call today because I still did not receive a shipping confirmation. I was told that the package was ready to be picked up and would not be delivered h til Thursday. I paid for a service that I am not receiving and I ordered before 2pm so the contacts should have been shipped by then to avoid any delays given it was a holiday weekend.

Been waiting over 2 weeks for my glasses. Everytime I call, they tell me the same thing. Always saying it will be shipped in a day or two. Still have not received a shipping email. It’s ridiculous.

Very disappointed with the time it took from the day I placed my order until my contacts were shipped (+6 days). The website says 3-5 business days which leads you to believe that they would be shipped out immediately.

Frustrating order processing. I got 3 emails back to back .... Your prescription needs validating Your order has been rejected due to prescription validation Your order has shipped They shipped HALF my order without giving me a chance to update the prescription.

I sent the prescription in with the order and it still took a week ( and a chat message complaining about the delay) before I received an email the next day claiming that it had just been shipped. The email apologized for the delay, but offered no explanation of why it took so long. We'll see how long it really takes to arrive.

Ordered here because I needed contacts right away & per site it stated it would be shipped in 1-2 business days. It has now been over 2 weeks & I have still yet to receive them. I had to submit an inquiry to check status & no apologies or anything but almost like automated message to state it's on its way. This is the second time ordering & I would never order from here again.

I placed my order on 9-Aug-2023 and it has not shipped as of 29-Aug-2023. Wasn't expecting overnight, but 3 weeks is too long. If I had known it would take this long to receive the frames (only) that I purchased, I would have looked elsewhere.

Shipping times are too long! I’m going on 2 weeks and my order hasn’t shipped. I used EZ Contacts thinking it would be quicker and I would have them for my honeymoon but that’s not going to happen.

Paid for expedited shipping on products and still have not received. When ordered, they did not state backordered. Order: 3453937. That is a problem for me as I ordered the three sets of sunglasses for vacation. Doubting they will arrive in time. Received one pair (Prada)...all Carrera glasses not delivered yet.
