EZContacts has the contacts I need (usually in stock), as well as other eye items. The shipping is generally timely. My issue with EZContacts is the price. The contacts tend to be expensive, and the discounts they offer are generally small. Even as a returning customer, I have to search the internet to find an appropriate discount, since they offer very little to those who have purchased in the past. This issue makes me want to consider other sources since it seems they do not value loyal customers.

Website inaccurately labeled shipping expectations. I placed an order over two weeks ago and my item STILL has not shipped. The website told me to anticipate shipping in 4-5 business days. I'm very displeased, and had I realized I would have had to wait this long, I would have ordered from another company as I am in need of glasses immediately. I understand if companies need to longer to ship, but at least be honest about it. I gave two stars only because the customer service is at least fast to respond... to tell me I still need to wait.

I would check with EZ Contacts that they first have the glasses you want to purchase in stock. My purchase took way longer than expected because they did not actually have the sunglasses in stock and mentioned that after I made the purchase.

I ordered contacts and received a confirmation of my order and my credit card was charged. After a month I still didn't have my contacts. They kept telling me they would receive them from the manufacturer in 1 to 3 days. I finally called them only to be told they had 2 boxes of contacts for my right eye (not the 3 boxes I had ordered). They were waiting for the third box. Never before did they tell me this. They finally sent me what they had and left the one box on backorder. It was very poor customer service.

Be warned - They don't mention it on their website but their 1 day shipping promise doesn't include weekends.

I tried EZContacts for the first time and have been very disappointed. I called customer service to tell them that 75% of my contacts were defective and ripped long before the month use was up on each pair. I asked if there were replacements available and they said no. Their only solution was to offer a 10% off of shipping. I thought that that was poor customer service as the lens manufacturers usually help out with unsatisfied customers and products. This will be my last time using EZContacts

Okay, but not great. The wait time when I contacted Customer Service was quite long, however the person I eventually got was excellent. Unfortunately, we got off the phone before I became aware of the following: I was given a code to get a reduced price but when I purchased the lenses there was no place to put in the code. It was clear that some customers get free shipping but I was not given this option. I needed to spend my Flexible Spending Account so I went ahead and purchased despite these drawbacks.

I ordered glasses May 5. They were shipped six weeks later. They were in stock. I emailed once and given reply that staff didn't know why the delay. 8 weeks later I received the frames. They were replacement to previous exact frame. However, they look like a knock-off of actual frames. Insignia was different and poor quality, color was wrong and other changes. Not sure if supply change in product or if copy cat. Appears more that is fake. Does not match existing glasses with identical codes

All our products - eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and eyecare - are 100% authentic and are purchased directly from the manufacturer (or their authorized distributors) that produces these products for brand-name eyewear and eyecare companies.  Our products include all the accessories (e.g. branded case and cloth, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity, etc.) provided by the manufacturer to ensure their authenticity., so we are not sure why you received a knock off version. We would like to investigate this to see what exactly happened. Please email us at help@ezcontacts.com with pictures of the item you received and we will look into this for you. I received my contacts (4 boxes) and they were all split on the sides because there was NO protective packaging inside the primary box. Please do better with the packaging because that was terrible.

Paid extra for 3-5 day delivery and it took 9 days to come in. Had to contact the company because tracking showed it sitting at distribution center for 3 days. Don't bother with express shipping.

It took 3 weeks to get my glasses delivered. I didn't receive an email that they were on back order until two weeks after ordering. The glasses are cheaper here and good quality but I was disappointed the site didn't say it was on back order when first looking at submitting my order.
