Well, i was super excited to get a great discount, then upon coming up on the website I got an additional offer for 10% if I gave them my email address.... what a scam! no joke! I am so surprised there is no way to get the offered discount and the additional 10%, it is after all what made me want to order. Anyway, After all was typed and done I wasn't able to use the promise of 10%, a bit scummy if I may say so. I wish online business were more honest about their offers and transparent about what you are really getting.

I'm so sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our offer of a 10% discount for signing up for our email list. I understand how frustrating it must have been to think that you were getting a great deal, only to find out that you couldn't actually use the discount. I've checked our records, and I see that you were offered a 10% discount on your order if you signed up for our email list. However, our system only allows one discount per order, so you weren't able to use both the 10% discount and the additional discount that you saw on the website. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused. We're working on improving our website so that our offers are more clear and transparent. Glasses beautiful but straight out box completely crooked and its not just because everyone has a different face frame its bent very disappointed , and no warranty will never buy again

I have spent thousands on sunglasses from EZContacts, when they are in stock it is great, but they mislead their customers when they say “ships in 3-5 days”. I have had an order that was pending for 6 months(and one now that has been pending for 2), then was given the runaround by customer service which had me on hold for 35 minutes. Finally was able to cancel it. Wish they were more honest/accurate with their timelines. Has put a bad taste in my mouth, and I search elsewhere before resorting to EZContacts.

Very disappointed with the way you handled my order . First you show that I get $3 off , then I get a confirmation that takes it off. They also offered $10 off in the beginning, but I'm not even going there. Very upsetting. I need this ointment & Muro 128 Eyedrops for the rest of my life, so I always look for the best price. First-time customer. When I ordered, It said that my glasses would ship 5-7 days from order. 8 days later, I logged in to my account to see that it was changed to 7-10 days. After hearing nothing for 11 business days, I contacted them via email and to their credit, got back to me the same day and told me it would be an additional 3-7 days before shipment, no reason given. I'm at 14 business days from placing my order and still haven't heard anything. I've ordered glasses from other online retailers and always received my order within 10 business days or sooner. Won't order again.

Ordered my contacts three weeks ago. Paid 20 extra dollars to have it in two days. Apparently shipped today so I should see them by Saturday, right

My order arrived quickly and the price was right. However the quality of the lenses I recieved were not the best. I went through a box of 6 lenses in about 3 wks the lenses had tiny tears in them. I'm not sure if I recieved a bad batch or what so I am not sure I will order again.

Processing takes a while, so when I bought the expedited shipping, I thought it would get it here faster however, it took about a week before it even shipped. One of the boxes had two contacts missing.From the bubbles

Not enough customer service employees. Wait time on the phone are up to 30 mins . Emails response take 24-48 hrs is Alittle slow

Prices are great. The time it takes to process your order is kind of ridiculous. It took almost to weeks before my order was shipped. I ordered my glasses on May 22nd and it’s now June 5th. Still haven’t received them. So for the price if you have time to wait cool.

NOT happy that I paid for expedited shipping and here I am a week later waiting on contacts I needed days ago. Not sure what kind of shipping company was used… I can see on the tracking the package is here in my city, yet now it’s going to Tampa and it’s goi g to be another 2 days?! Insane and ridiculous.

I usually use 1800 contacts for all our contacts needs. I came across this website while search the internet and thought I would give it a try. Pricing was cheaper than we usually pay. I have been very disappointed with shipping! I still havnt received my order. We need these contacts before we leave Monday morning. I will not be using this company again due to shipping time. It’s been 6 days and I’m Still waiting on delivery from NJ to MA - I could have driven there sooner!! I question any company using DHL.
