Ordered Versace Sunglasses and later found out they are out of stock! Now I just learned the delay will be longer My current sunglasses are broken and they are prescription also! They were listed as in stock also. Would be a great BENEFIT if any employee can find me a similar frame while I wait for my first choice. Looking on line again could be time consuming and futile in the process I had better not been charged!!!

SLOW. I ordered contact lenses for the first time with EZContacts and will not do that again. It took 2 weeks to receive my contacts and they sent them via DHL which was USPS and the package was delayed by 3 days. This is 2023 and I expected that they would be quicker.

Bought prescription glasses from the website in the middle of August and paid $450.00, which included the extended warranty/protection. I was told my glasses would take two weeks before they were ready to ship. One month goes by and my order is still in the processing phases, like it was when I initially placed the order. It wasn’t until I reached out to them via phone call to customer service after not receiving an update on my order for a month, did they send me an email notification informing me of the delay. On September 14th they said they said they finally received my frames and needed 10 days to prepare my prescription and it would take 3 days for shipping. It’s the 25th of September and I still haven’t received a a “ready to ship” notification. I would not have ordered from this website had I known I’d be waiting this long after paying $450 for a single pair of glasses. Also the lack of communication and consideration regarding the delay has been a major disappointment.

I was told my contacts would arrive in 5-7 business days. I ordered them over a week ago and they haven't even shipped yet. When I called customer service, no one answers. When I emailed, they said they would ship them as soon as they receive them from the manufacturer. I'm not sure how they can say 5-7 business days then turn around and say they will ship once they receive them. EZcontacts is just a middle man. If you need your contacts fast, don't order from here.

I don’t want to say a bunch of bad things about the company. I would just say it’s been 17 days since I placed my order and it has not arrived. I was told it could take up to 2 more weeks. This is the only reason I’m giving the poor review.

I’ve received glasses from this company before , great quality. My issue is their time fram is absolute trash. Last time I ordered it took 3.5 weeks. This time I ordered and it took two weeks, kind of defeated the purpose paying for overnight delivery. I got an email saying they had delay on those glasses, fine. I don’t seem to learn, I ordered another pair while the first pair is getting made, 3 days later - same email! Delay!! The frames are legit, I’m not questioning that but the service is easily a 2 out of 10.

The price was good but the goods were not available. It seems that my card was charged before the product is or was available. I don't like that policy. Charge me when the order is in process please.

I got an email to write a review for them.. I still don’t have my glasses.. I placed the order August 31st and I finally got an email today stating they were shipped. I paid for 1 day shipping so I’ll see if they get here tomorrow.. When I ordered the glasses it stated they would ship within 3-5 business days.. we’re way beyond that since today is September 19th..

Order was placed on a Friday paid the extra 30.00 for 1 day shipping, contacts won't be delivered until Tueaday

Our website does state that we ship in business days, but we understand that this can be confusing for some customers. To clarify, this means that orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be shipped until the next business day. Your order was placed on Saturday, September 16th, so it was shipped on Monday, September 18th, and delivered on Tuesday, September 19th. Ordered 9/4/23. After no acknowledgment of shipping, wrote the company on 9/12 asking for a reason for the shipment delay. Received a message, "Shipping in 1 - 3 days". After further inquiry, received a note that they were waiting for a shipment from their supplier. Shipped 9/13; finally received 9/16. Rather than state, "out of stock" or "back-ordered" on their website they captured a sale at the expense of the loss of a customer. Not very good customer service, although the order did arrive in good shape, but later than expected.

I got no notice that my contacts were backordered, I had to call and ask where my shipment was. When they did ship, the tracking was terrible, and even though I received the order three days ago, my account still says the order is being processed. Tracking from DHL was also inadequate, and then transferred to USPS, which never notified me when the package was arriving. Seriously? These are medical equipment. Tracking when they come is essential. Please do better or I may be switching to another service.

These glasses seemed very sub par to the quality I expected. The service was fast but I believe the glasses to be fakes. The case that came with the glasses also seemed lower quality than I would expect with Oliver peoples. Buy from an authorized dealer.

All our products - eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and eyecare - are 100% authentic and are purchased directly from the manufacturer (or their authorized distributors) that produces these products for brand-name eyewear and eyecare companies, and your glasses will include all the accessories (e.g. branded case and cloth, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity, etc.) provided by the manufacturer to ensure their authenticity. My previous order was great. My glasses were lost an I ordered replacements which were supposed to arrive in 3-5 days. It is now day 8 and I just received notification that they have been shipped. I went with EZContacts only because I would have replacements the fastest which turned out not to be the case.

Shipping through DHL from Anvil, NJ to Raleigh, NC to be picked up by USPS for transport to Fredericksburg, VA. Do you think you could have used a more direct route and delivered to the State of Virginia first instead of all the way to North Carolina.

The ordering process was great! EZ. The waiting 4 weeks to get my contacts very disappointed. This is not 1987 and having a product taking this long is unacceptable. With all the other companies out there, you need to step up your game.

I received a text asking to order because the business was closing the first week of October. I then clicked on the site and received a 10% off offer.. when entering the promo code it was denied several times.. I ordered 4 boxes and did not receive any discount because I was already getting text messages .. not reasonable

Place 2 orders recently. One was placed 10 days ago - no delivery, no updates, no ETA. Other order was for 4 boxes of eye drops. Three boxes were delivered today, though the enclosed invoice listed 4.
