Good price, but the contacts were manufactured 8 months ago. Still well within expiration date, but could be an issue if bulk purchasing for an extended period.

Re-ordering is very easy! I hate that I ordered the day before a sale and I will not get the sale price, that is very frustrating. Also, shipping has taken a week to even “process” my items- it still has not been shipped yet.

Paid for expedited shipping so the contacts would arrive prior to traveling for an extended period, and the order sat at the warehouse for several days. Poor logistics and expedited shipping was ignored.

Shipping was supposed to be free but your system wouldn’t let me use it so you charged me 11.95 for 3day and that is not the case when the contacts will arrive by USPS. Totally disappointed with your shipping policy.

These glasses i bought are 100% fake!! Accidentally missed the deadline to return because I was out of town but please do not buy from here if you are looking for authentic sunglasses AS THEY ADVERTISE they are

All our products - eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and eyecare - are 100% authentic and are purchased directly from the manufacturer (or their authorized distributors) that produces these products for brand-name eyewear and eyecare companies, and your glasses will include all the accessories (e.g. branded case and cloth, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity, etc.) provided by the manufacturer to ensure their authenticity. That being said, if it appears that the glasses you received are defective in any way, please email us at help@ezcontacts.com with pictures of the issues and we'll be glad to assist you in refunding you or reshipping a new frame. I have purchased contacts from EZContacts several times now. Each time I search for the best price and EZContacts always has the best price. There are no fees (like some other companies have - which is very deceiving). The free standard shipping arrived 3 days after I ordered. The order was easy and fast. I will continue to order here!

They advertise backordered products as being in-stock. They has absolutely no problem taking your money immediately, not making you aware of the stock issue until you contact them asking where your order is. When I asked for a refund immediately after being told about the stock issue they stopped all communication despite multiple attempts on my end and waited NINE DAYS to reply to me, finally saying, sorry the item has shipped, would you like to return it? At which point I had received it. Don't do business with this shady company.
