Waited a month for my glasses. When I called I was told they were unavailable, even though my credit card had been run a month earlier. Some did reach out and state they were available. Finally received them weeks later and they were completely incorrect. Made an appointment with my doctor and they laughed. He couldn't believe how incorrect they were. Tried to contact company 10 times and was never able to speak to customer service, either they were busy or company was closed for a weeks. I will say the return process was easy, but don't feel I should have to pay the return shipping on an incorrect glasses.

Ordered on Saturday May 31, paid for 2 day shipping. After waiting till Tuesday about where the glasses were I got a response that they were closed and would get back to me Wednesday. On wednesday all I got in response was it was taking longer than normal to process my order and then 30 min later label was created. Friday the 7th I am expecting my glasses. I don’t feel like I should have to pay for the two day shipping because it took three days to get my order started.

Good Evening. I have ordered with EZ contacts many times.. This order I recently placed upon checking out it said shipping fee and last time I ordered same response. However you advertised ad states free shipping. I was told by a rep that beause I am a recurring customer that I am being charged.. REALLY. a prior customer being charged. I understand our economy etc. Then change your ad..The I called about status of order was told it could be 2-3 weeks before receiving because your resource you order from that was time line.. Really, then speak the truth let your customers know before hitting the pay button. I finally got an email today stating my order was shipped.. During this process no communication on your end when I placed my order. I feel you should give a full credit for future order not some 5 dollar coupon due to the lack of anyone contacting me, I had to keep calling over and over. Had I know I would not have returned to ez contacts!

I have not gotten glasses with the lenses in them yet, but as far as the quality of the glasses and durability, there are really great and the prices are really reasonable too.

In 6 short months the cost for these contacts has increased by $30 per box. That is outrageous!!!

It took them 2 weeks to ship my contacts, and I think they shipped only because I asked where they were. Estimated delivery dates clearly mean nothing here.

Very disappointing experience unfortunately. The glasses I ordered took a while to arrive. When they did, they look too big on me and the prescription didn’t work out for some reason. I bought glasses with the same Rx in a store and they’re great so I don’t understand why these didn’t. Now I have to pay $12 in shipping to return even thought I think something isn’t right about the prescription. I won’t purchase glasses online again. Contacts maybe but not glasses.

Have had a horrible experience with them. Even to get a call back or get in touch with anyone there. Use to be great customer service and get my contacts on time. Now no one answer the phones or emails. Go somewhere else !

Failed to provide a way to cancel my order after placing it. Customer service took forever to respond and said it was already shipped by the time they saw the email.

Scammy website, terrible customer service, currently been on hold for customer service for 30 mins after no response for 3 days from Contact Us outreach. EZ Contacts promotes "Free Shipping*" all over their website, but then the default shipping method is "3-5 business days", coming with a $9.95 shipping fee. I caught this within 2 mins of submitting my order, but have not been able to contact EZ Contacts for days and now my order (which was supposed to ship "same day") has shipped - 3 days later. With the $10 shipping charge to get delivery within a week. What is this - 1980 again???

Extremely fast shipping. Thanks! Expiration date is not as good as if you purchased retail but still a few months out. Probably next time I would purchase from the local pharmacy and pay a bit more to get a tube that last 2x + as long like the last time I purchased from the pharmacy. It's a tradeoff--you can save money here if you will use it all up in fw months--but if you don't use the product often or only emergencies, it's probably better to pay more locally.
