I have purchased contacts from EZContacts several times now. Each time I search for the best price and EZContacts always has the best price. There are no fees (like some other companies have - which is very deceiving). The free standard shipping arrived 3 days after I ordered. The order was easy and fast. I will continue to order here!

They advertise backordered products as being in-stock. They has absolutely no problem taking your money immediately, not making you aware of the stock issue until you contact them asking where your order is. When I asked for a refund immediately after being told about the stock issue they stopped all communication despite multiple attempts on my end and waited NINE DAYS to reply to me, finally saying, sorry the item has shipped, would you like to return it? At which point I had received it. Don't do business with this shady company.

All our products - eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and eyecare - are 100% authentic and are purchased directly from the manufacturer (or their authorized distributors) that produces these products for brand-name eyewear and eyecare companies, and your glasses will include all the accessories (e.g. branded case and cloth, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity, etc.) provided by the manufacturer to ensure their authenticity. That being said, if it appears that the glasses you received are defective in any way, please email us at help@ezcontacts.com with pictures of the issues and we'll be glad to assist you in refunding you or reshipping a new frame. It took awhile for my order. I was at my eye doctor’s yesterday and mentioned that I was waiting for my order. She said that she didn’t get a request from your company to verify my rx. She verified while I was there & today I got notification my order shipped so had she not done this I could still be waiting for my order

Order May 24th never communicated that there was a delay with the supplier but was assured my order would be sent expedited shipping since I've been without contacts for 2 weeks. Got the shipping notification today and it is not expedited ?? Very disappointed not sure I will order again.
