4 days after the order was placed, I had to call in to get an update only to find out the item was out of stock and would a "1-2 week delay". Why did I have to call in to find out? Why was the item even listed as stocked? It's been almost 30 days since the order was placed and still haven't received the order. This was my first time ordering from here and will certainly be the last.

From ordering to receiving getting my new glasses, took less than a week. I am pleased with the quality of frame I chose and the lenses that they manufactured for me. Everything was packaged well and even included some free Emory cloths and other glasses oriented accessories. Will gladly shop here again when the time is right.

Very poor customer service and an extremely long wait time for shipping. Never receiving an update until after i asked for a cancellation and refund multiple times. Beware!!!!

I placed my order for contact lenses on June 30th. I paid an extra fee for 2-Day shipping. As of this morning, July 2nd I still had not seen that it left the warehouse so I reached out on the chat for customer service. After several hours I see that it has now left the warehouse but I will not get it until July 7th. I understand there is a holiday and a weekend but I don't understand why this package was not sent out sooner. Now I will be without contacts and I am not a very happy customer. I feel the extra fee that I paid to have it shipped sooner should be refunded to me. Not sure I will be a repeat customer after this experience.

Please note that as stated on our website, paying for expedited shipping speeds up the delivery time after your order leaves our warehouse, but it does not shorten the order processing time. Orders, including contact lenses, typically require 1 to 2 business days to process before shipping, depending on product availability and prescription verification. I’ve been buying my prescription glasses from EZContacts for years, and they never disappoint! The selection is fantastic, with stylish frames at unbeatable prices. The website is user-friendly, making it easy to reorder or use a prescription which I used for my previous order. My orders always arrive quickly. Delivery took too long. I ordered my sunglasses on June 16th and still haven’t received it. Supposed to had been delivered in 3-5 days. Had I know this I would have bought elsewhere.

So far I’m very disappointed, ordered some glasses and paid the next day delivery. It’s been almost a week with nothing happening until today it finally says it’s ready for delivery. No carrier yet, no tracking details. No way to call or contact anyone. Send two messages with 0 responses. So far this has been a pretty bad experience.
