Order took longer than expected, the company even emailed acknowledging the delay which I appreciated. Unfortunately even with the extra waiting my order arrived incorrect. Contacted customer service. Will update review based on resolution.

Love it! Thanks for a great product. Your biz team would make insurance reimbursement easier if they itemized UV and lense upgrade costs separately on the receipt. Also recommend optimizing the try on situation so it's faster.

Not happy about the delay in processing the order and then the shipping took far to long. Paid more for this product because i wanted to get it as quickly as possible (Not available locally at 5 sites) and it cost me more and took 5 days longer than if I had ordered off Amazon.

I would not buy from here again. I ordered on January 30, called on February 10 to ask about an update(after emailing). They said my order would be delayed another week because they weren’t in stock. No notification to let me know . They offered to cancel but it’s already too late as another company would take a week as well.

You get what you pay for. These frames were just so so for me in the quality department. Had i known they were metal frames i would not have purchased. The hinge/screw is strategically placed in my peripheral vision which is a big annoyance. The metal is very pliable not durable at all. These will be thrown in the car for emergency use.

Have to put RX in before you get pricing. Then after your purchase you get discount emails. Seems shady

Saved a ton on a pair of Oakley prescription glasses. When I purchased, said 7-10 days. Took just shy of a month. Had to follow up a few times, but eventually got an email saying they shipped. Overall, decent experience. Had to take in consideration they were probably busy due to end of year orders.
