I have spent over $300 in last year. On context, it was supposed to last me for a year. In most of them didn't last me three months

This is my first order with EZ contacts and I was very,very pleased with their service and pricing. I received my order in 6 days time. Ordering was easy and I am very happy with my contacts. There are 2 other people in the house who wear contacts and they were really impressed with the service and savings I received and will be new customers of EZ contacts in the future!

Had given info that my face was narrow and asked for some recommendation -- would like to see new recommendation glasses -- not sure but you would hope their would be some measurement that an individual could make an assement for the width of their face

I am very dissatisfied with your company. I paid 20 dollars for 2 day shipping. Placed order on 2/11. The estimated ship date is 2/17. I want a refund on shipping charges

Paying for expedited shipping speeds up the transit time but does not affect the processing time needed to prepare your order. Your order was placed on February 11, shipped on February 14, and delivered within the expected shipping timeframe. Very please with the price and ease of finding my prescription contacts and the quick delivery. I defiantly recommend to others that want to save and avoid the hassle of dealing with a doctors office that push for a sale.

It has been a month since I placed my order and glasses have not been shipped. Spoke with customer service and had a horrible experience. I also asked to speak to a supervisor and they sent me to an automated system. I’ve sent messages and have not record any response. Trying to resolve this issue but can’t seem to be able to.

I did an online search for a specific brand of eyedrops. EZ Contacts appeared near the top of the search results. The price was not exceptional, but it was available and it was easier for me to purchase it online than to search for it in a store so I did. There was nothing to indicate that it was not in stock or would not be shipped quickly. My credit card was charged immediately. That was Jan 13. After two weeks I phoned to find out why the status of my order was still showing as "processing" on the website. After waiting on hold for more than 10 minutes I was put through to someone who told me that they were out of the product and were waiting to get more before they could fulfill my order. Two weeks later, I received notification that the order had been sent. When I clicked on the product image in the email confirmation to "review order details" I got an error message. But the tracking link to DHL shows that the order is scheduled for delivery on Feb 15. So, assuming it arrives then, they will have processed and fulfilled my order. It will have taken 30 days to receive a package of over-the-counter eye drops. Assuming they are fresh, I will not complain, but I am not inclined to purchase from EZ Contacts again.
