It has been a month since I placed my order and glasses have not been shipped. Spoke with customer service and had a horrible experience. I also asked to speak to a supervisor and they sent me to an automated system. I’ve sent messages and have not record any response. Trying to resolve this issue but can’t seem to be able to.

I did an online search for a specific brand of eyedrops. EZ Contacts appeared near the top of the search results. The price was not exceptional, but it was available and it was easier for me to purchase it online than to search for it in a store so I did. There was nothing to indicate that it was not in stock or would not be shipped quickly. My credit card was charged immediately. That was Jan 13. After two weeks I phoned to find out why the status of my order was still showing as "processing" on the website. After waiting on hold for more than 10 minutes I was put through to someone who told me that they were out of the product and were waiting to get more before they could fulfill my order. Two weeks later, I received notification that the order had been sent. When I clicked on the product image in the email confirmation to "review order details" I got an error message. But the tracking link to DHL shows that the order is scheduled for delivery on Feb 15. So, assuming it arrives then, they will have processed and fulfilled my order. It will have taken 30 days to receive a package of over-the-counter eye drops. Assuming they are fresh, I will not complain, but I am not inclined to purchase from EZ Contacts again.

I got anti-reflective lenses expecting less glare, but they do the exact opposite. Everything reflects more than ever, and my eyes hurt even more now. Instead of improving my vision, these lenses make it harder to see, especially in certain lighting. Total waste of money. I would not recommend these to anyone.

I ordered prescription glasses over a month and a half ago and still haven’t received them. I got one email saying that there was a delay and nothing else I cannot see without my glasses and I’ve been really disappointed in not knowing when I’m going to receive them. If they’re not in stock then they should be sold out on the website. It said online 3-5 days extra for prescription lenses. It’s been well over a month. Not a great customer experience.

The priced ate great. But I had a hard time trying to update my orders from removing too many boxes to removing the shipping cost it automatically adds stuff to jack up the cost. Then wont let me take it off easily.

I am highly impressed with my glasses!! My last pair of glasses I couldn’t wear driving as they bothered me. This pair is so comfortable and I can see perfectly for driving!! The price was great and I love them!!! Thank you !!

Took almost a month to get my product shipped. Sure, while they said the item would ship in aprox. 10 days - they kept delaying shipment. If you are not in a hurry to get a particular frame or complete set of glasses, i guess it's ok. If you are in a rush - not sure about ordering from EZContacts.

I will never buy from EZContacts again. It took 27 days to get my glasses. When I called after the first week without any progress, I was told the frames had been out of stock and the glasses were being made that day. A week later, when there was still no further update, I was told that because I ordered edge polish, it would be yet another 3-5 days. Even their "expedited" shipping took 5 days. The glasses seem fine. But the service is awful.

Placed the express delivery for extra cost and hasn’t been delivered in time which was important. Going to request return for express delivery.
