The glasses are 5-star Ray-Bans that the are perfect tint of blue and prescription, but only a 4-star rating on the site because the site showed same day production and two-day delivery to have Friday from Monday, which ended up almost 3-week delivery. My rush shipping fee was refunded, which was good service, as was the online chat figuring out the percentage of tint I needed to match the image on the site, nice work customer service person, better than a bot/AI!

The contacts I wanted were on sale but when I checked out it wasn't showing the sale price. I hit the chat button and got someone right away. They took my cart number, had me check out and then took my order number. Two minutes later I received a new receipt with the correct price and she gave me a link for insurance reimbursement. Super friendly, helpful and quick!

While their contact lens products are priced well, their processing times are ridiculous. It shouldn’t take 9 days for an order to get shipped when it’s just contacts off a shelf.

I usually have a good experience with EZContacts but my last order was not taken care of in a professional manner. I placed an order and received an email that my order could not be processed because my prescription was not valid. I went back into my account and placed a new order with my correct prescription. Then, I received two confirmation emails that both orders were being processed even though the first one said it was invalid. I contacted EZC through email and the reply I received made it clear that my email was not even read because they did not acknowledge the issue at all and instead confirmed both orders had already shipped. Now I have been charged twice and the only thing they’ll do for me is give a refund after I have returned one of the orders. In this economy, everything is so expensive and every purchase is budgeted for me. Them charging me twice after the first order was deemed “invalid” really messed me up for the month. Won’t be ordering from them again!

It get told me they couldn't accept my rx prescription even tho they did accept it last year... so I assumed they'd send a refund and 5 days go by and no refund so I email them to release the refund and they tell me they shipped my order... Wyej they initially told me they couldn't accept it I went to another company and bought the same product but for $78 instead of the $99 though them... Not cool at all

I order a pair of sunglasses 2 months ago. I haven’t received them yet. Every time I email them, they say they’re experiencing delays and that they’re gonna ship within 1-2 weeks. Already been told that 3 times now. Horrible experience.

Slow shipping my order spent a week processing and still has not been shipped. Takes two weeks to get an order from them. Look else where.

Was told misinformation by multiple CS reps, despite getting sent a defective pair of glasses on my original order. This has been by far my worse CS experience of any company I've ever dealt with. Will make sure to spread the word on the poor service. Would never do business with again.

I am very disapponted at the 4-6 weeks deliver time. My Eye Doctor prescribed Preservision . I should have been told it was this much of a delay. Greg Bachman 770-771-8996
