So far good. I ordered the wrong size sunglasses and called customer service and took care of my mistake right away. Product is being ship right after the phone call. Receive them because they were in stock within 6 days Oakley Sunglasses. $75 less than any other competitor. I would definitely order again.

There is no reason for me to ever use any other business to purchase my contact lens again after choosing EZ Contacts. Easy to use website, amazing prices, and free, FAST, shipping! Why would I go anywhere else? Thank you for being there!

I reordered as it was very easy to do so, however my first order I would say an average of 10 contacts out of 90 had defects which made me unable to utilize them. Contacts are pricey so for 10/90 not being able to utilized was a bit annoying. Hoping this reorder does not have this issue.

This was my first time ordering contacts. EZContacts made the process...well, easy. My doctor had recommended EZContacts, so I selected them from the options available on my insurance website. Once I was on EZ's website, I made my contact selection, put in my Rx, and my insurance information, and EZContacts gave me the price available to me after insurance. I submitted my order, EZC gave me an expected delivery date, and my contacts arrived on the day they said they would. I'm sure I will be returning in the future.

The description of the product is Costa Del Mar RINCON (Glass) and the lenses are in fact plastic. Also the order took over 3 weeks to arrive.

I ordered sunglasses weeks ago and they still haven't shipped. I didn't get an update until I inquired; apparently, they are out of stock. Soooooo, why are they available on your website for purchase then?

What a terrible experience. You get what you pay for. It’s been three weeks since I ordered. Still not here. Apparently the lenses had to be sent back to redo. And they won’t cancel my order. I did this to save $70. Again, get what you pay for. Never again.

It was a simple and quick process. After placing my order, I discovered that I made what could have been a very costly mistake. I contacted them immediately via the chatline option, and Cynthia W. was able to help me resolve it instantly.
