EZcontacts, customer service is terrible. They say that they are going to call you back because their whole times are long and they don’t call you back. After three days of trying to get them to call me back, they finally called me back. When I answered the phone after the second ring, they hung up. This proceed for the next couple of days. I finally got a hold of them after 10 days they told me that they would ship my glasses out within the next 72 hours. I advise them that I was going to be leaving out of town for two months and wasn’t gonna be able to be there to receive the glasses. I asked if they could overnight the glasses and I would pay the shipping and they refused. Buyer beware

The price shown for my contacts on Google was $69, but I was charged $99. I sent an email to customer service but have yet to hear back. Disappointing.

Appreciate the price you see listed is what you pay. Lots of other show super low price and than add a ridiculous (like 50% of the overall cost) processing fee. Ended up being the lowest price after all fees included, and the service was awesome - reduced shipping to $0 for me.

I placed an order March 9, 2024. I inquired about the status of the order on March 27, 2024 and was told it was still being prepared and would likely be shipped within 2-6 business days. I logged in just now and see that the status has changed to shipped, yet the tracking link provided goes nowhere. I thought I had signed up for order updates via text message but have not received anything; yet, my inbox is flooded with advertising. Waiting impatiently at this point...

I paid extra for a one day business day and that did not happen. I have yet to get them and would like a refund. I paid more because I needed them asap. Very disappointed. Would like my money back. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be ordering from here again!

Excellent experience purchasing my sunglasses from EZContacts. Online ordering was easy and shipping was fast. Terrific updates via email on the status of my order. Product was as described and they even through in a cleaning solution (easy travel spray pen) which was appreciated. Will definitely buy from EZContacts again. Highly recommended!
