“Είναι τραγικοί, απαντάνε σε e-mail με κάτι μηνύματα-κονσέρβες με υπογραφή "Γιάνα - Τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών"! Παρήγγειλα κάτι στις 26 Ιανουαρίου και το παρέλαβα στις 21 Φεβρουαρίου, ενώ οι ίδιοι διαβεβαίωναν για παράδοση το πολύ σε 12 ημέρες! Αυτό που πήρα ήταν μέτριο, αλλά είναι το μονάδικο πράγμα για το οποίο δεν φταίει η fact cool. Να ενημερώσω τους παρακάτω "κριτικούς" ότι η βαθμολογία που βάζουμε δεν αφορά το προϊόν, αλλά τις υπηρεσίες του site, οι οποίες είναι άθλιες! Για το προϊόν θα έπρεπε να βάλετε βαθμολογία στον κατασκευαστή του!

“Απο που να αρχίσω. .οι 8 με 13 μέρες έγινε ενάμιση μήνας!Η επικοινωνία μόνο μέσω email(όσες φορές προσπάθησα να πάρω στο σταθερό έβγαινε μια ωραία μουσική)να μου λένε συνέχεια να επικοινωνήσω εγώ με την μεταφορική κ η μεταφορική να μην έχει ιδέα!Με λίγα λόγια μπαχαλο!ποτέ ξανά!!Μακρυά από factcool!!”

“I have order a jacket, value 70 Euros on the 8-1-2020.
The next day i have received an advertising email, for the same jacket, 50 euros....
I have try to call them,but seems to be a Bulgarian language says that is a rong number, i have sent an email but no answer....Avoid them, me personally i am gona sue them”
“It's a scam. Away! They take your money and they don't send the order. The website is in Greek language but there is not a Greek support. The telephone number is fraud. You wait and no one answer. AWAY!!! THEY ARE THIEVES”
“After two weeks of waiting got an email that they don't have the item i've ordered, although they promised to deliver it till christmas. I guess i'll get my goods only in the beggining of january, smells like some sort of fraud, alot of people get defective items”
